Hi Brenda,

Thought I would post to you as we're both at exactly the same stage.

I read your post and I did a hpt too this morning and it was BFN 10dp3dt I started getting really really bad AF pains and started spotting yesterday, I'm not meant to HPT until monday but I couldn't wait. People keep telling me to stay positive but it's really hard when you're about 99% sure what the outcome will be. I couldn't get booked in for a blood test until monday either, I will still go for that just to make sure. I'm not sure what we're going to do, I'm not sure if I can go through this emotional rollercoaster again. I feel that nothing is fair at the moment!

Hi Ami,

I just wanted to give you a big cyber hug (((((((((((O))))))))))))))))).

I know how difficult it is to get a BFN. I've been there myself. Twice, just like you. I too started spotting before the blood test, but was still in denial thinking that things may yet turn around. It feels devastating. I was like a zombie going through the motions of life for the sake of it.

My only advice is spend some time with your DH and anyone else you're close to; if you feel the need to cry then let go and cry. Just don't blame yourself as no one has the explanation. Trust me it does get better with time. The pain doesn't go away but definitely gets a little bit easier to deal with.

And just remember that most of the women here have gone through this pain, so we do understand and you can come on here and rant as much as you like.
