Thanks turtles for the website link. It made me feel way better about my beta! I had been searching online for something like that and didn't come across anything good on my own.

I too have blood work a 3rd time, and I'm really glad. It makes me feel like the wait for the 6 week ultrasound won't feel quite as long. Also will give me piece of mind if the numbers are good.

BTW I am still burping! :)

Well day 2 of bedrest and bored to death. But this time I am so much more relaxed and not worrying which I just can't understand because I just worry and obsess over everything. Anhywhoo this is relaxing ))))

Have a great weekend!!!!!!!!

I'm with Amanda and Turtles on being nervous about the pregnancy. I keep telling myself...no spotting...no spotting!!
I just woke up from a nap and I've been feeling hungry all day. AmI the only one feeling hungry?
I transferred the best blast this cycle as well! Must be something in the air.
My US is scheduled for Sept 23rd! I wish I had a 3rd beta coming as well.
I'm due 5/17! We're all close to each other. Oce we know how many we're having will determine if our DD are going to be in May. One way or the other, we're still around 5 weeks prego!

Lynnie~ I also started sneezing but don't have a cold. My temp is up during the day ( around 99F...sometimes more).I do have back pain like you have during AF...it comes and goes. I sometimes have night sweats too....If I keep thinking, I'll find more symptoms!

Slfleming ~ Great second beta, girl!! You sure can feel good about it! Don't you worry, everything is just fine.

Renee~ I'm glad everything is straightened out with the Lupron. You must be SO HAPPY with DH coming home!! That is awesome. Enjoy your time together!

Toobee~ Please be careful with Ike around!! It's a huge storm...I hope every one will be ok!! I know oh too well what that's like!

Turtles~ It's amazing that you're feeling the effects so far away. I am so thankful that this storm did not hit Miami. What a disater that would have been.

We're all waiting for Toobee's report!

Time for me to go eat!! I'm starving....as usual.
I took a break from finishing this post as DH came home.

Later girls...

val - I do get hungry. Not as much as it sounds you do. But when I do I need to eat something quick. I have been eating a lot of yogurt. I also transferred the best blast so far!! I had an early beta but my u/s is a long wait. It is the day before yours and your due date is later than mine by 4 days!! I learned about storm surge affecting other areas from a tropical storm that hit New Orleans about 6 years ago. We flooded in Pensacola from it!! I got up in the morning and thought the toilet flooded because there was water on the ground. I went and looked in the living room and i could see the bay coming into our house!! Waves were crashing into the house. My DH opened the front door and some fish swam in!! We only got 2-3 inches in the house but it was enough to destroy a lot of stuff.

MzTia- Bed rest is boring. I love to read but even that gets tiring after awhile. How many days bed rest are you on?

Renee- Glad I could help with your Lupron problem. Wow, that is aggressive. I was on 450 Gonal F a day and the lupron. I don't know what the D meds are on your list. Good luck!! When is your first u/s?

slfleming - I found it when I typed hcg in google and it suggested the calculator. I loved it. It does set your mind at ease.

toobee- Hope you get back soon.

I am glad to see tha so many of you have done the Lupron flare, I had never heard of it before Renee mentioned it the other day. I will be taking 300 u follistim and 75 u of menopure for my next cycle. Also will be doing 21 days of BCP's I am glad you guys mentions a lupron flare, I didn't know there was a difference between the lupron I did on my other cycles and this lupron. I will have to ask my RE and make sure I order Lupron flare. The pharmacy asked me if I need to reorder lupron and I said "no" because I had some left over from my 2nd cycle. UUGGHHH this stuff is so confusing sometimes. So what is the difference? Is the Lupron flare just more watered down or is it more potent?

Thanks everyone and i am so glad to see you are all doing well. Can't wait to hear all the u/s results.

Chris - It is diluted Lupron. I think you just bring it into the office and they mix it for you. My clinic always gave it to me so I wouldn't have to buy it. Here is what I found about the difference http://www.dukehealth.org/Services/Fert ... ons/Lupron
Oh, I just realized that I used the same bottle for both cycles so just bring in your remaining lupron and they might be able to mix it with that.

ALL BEANS TOOK & OHSS

Hey Guys,
Well I just got back from my u/s. As you all know it's to early to see much at 5 weeks. The main reason for my ultra sound was to rule out eptopics, and to see how many we might have since my betas re a bit high. Looks like all beans implanted cause we have 3 sacs. One bigger one and two others smaller and the same size. Just so you know my DR is very conservative and doesnt say much but he did say he thinks we will end up with at least twins. I cant help but laugh, so basically he just doesnt know I guess   However he then went on to say that we could end up with a singleton or triplets. But the real deal will be when we see a heartbeat. My 3rd Beta came back today as 16,896 which is 16dp5dt. I also found out the reason for my back, rib, and stomach issues and its because I have developed full blown OHSS. I have a moderate case but its managable. There was a good deal of fluid in my sonogram today and i will be on my Salt/Gatorade Diet again! They said the OHSS should be gone in a few weeks.

I see theres allot of posts, so I need to catch up- but snce I know some fo you were curious I wanted to post. If all I end up with is one, well thats what I was praying for, if it turns into twins I will be doubly blesses, if I end up with triplets I am going to start writing to diaper and formula companies now for some special coupons or something
I wont be abe to wrap my brain around any of it until I see a heartbeat..........this whole thing is so surreal

I knew my suspicion was right!! :D :D :D That is just awesome news!! Your beta is incredible. I bet it's hard to realize that you actually have 3 in there!! I bet you were totally floored!
I'm sorry you're dealing with OHSS but maybe you won't suffer too much from it knowing you'll be a Mommy X 3!!!
I'm so very happy for you and DH :D

When are you going back for another US? I know that in another week and a half you will see 3 beautiful heartbeats!!

Lots of hugs and love!!!

VAL & Amanda

I am feeling kind of strange, sort of numb I guess??? It just feel like its all a pipe dream... But I hope you realize that there is just as much chance it will end up being a singleton as it could be triplets..I have to laugh cause my DR covered all his bases.....this is kinda how the conversation went...tell me what you guys think????

I said
"ok, if you were a betting men what would you bet" and this is what he said

His first bet would be twins...he would best most of his money
2nd bet would be a singleton---if he was betting real safe
And 3rd bet would bet Triplets. because he said the odds are not on my side but then agin we have three implanters which makes it a tricky bet,,,then he said if there are three...well we will just cross that brigde if and when we get to it...

So wht i take form this is he just has NO idea?????/ He just knows theres 3 beans growing ??

Obviously there are no eptopics cause they all implanted...:) :D :D and no molars cause they were all nice an round and sperate from wht they can tell:) But still cant rule out bighted ovums yet.....

I like my RE, but I always feel lost and out of the loop :) but he did get me pregnant so I cant complain...I just prey we will all endup with healthy babies to take home :)

I have some questions to ask Ghost...about sizes and what that means, yes I still will obsess to some degree with the little things, but we cant help it right. :?

BTW..Thanks for the concern bout "Ike" , I think we are going to be fine, I imagine we will get some fo it, but we arent worried bout damage or anything, but good lord this storm looks like a beast doesnt it??? Its something like 800 miles wide!!!

Hey Hey ladies, I have had a very busy week and I have alot of post to catch up on. I also have had issues with belly pain for a few days which could poss. be from my previous Emergency C-section 9 years ago! The new action that's going on in my uterus seems to be waking up the old girl  . Or it could be something serious which I will find out tommorrow when I go for my 3rd Beta.
I saw some of you are going through symptoms also and I hope it's minor.

TOOBEE: Your a star girl. Baby Shower gifts: TARGET GIFT CARDS!!!!

Val and Amanda, turtle steph: I hope you gals are well.

Lynniecat: The 2ww is the worst, I don't think anyone can give any advice about that! All I can say is remember to stay calm for your baby. Easier said than done. Hang in there honey.

Rennee: glad to see your posts again! hello

Mztia: Bed rest....Hang in there!

To Have: Your back in the game...I'm late but congrats honey this is your time.

sflemming: great beta your doing good.

I hope i have not missed anyone....This prenancy haas slowed me down so much. If i'm not asleep i'm eating and when i feel like doing things i'm at a snails pace. It took me 5hrs to clean (i had to stop at times), I'm cranky and short. Plus this annoying tugging in my bellybutton area. BOY O' BOY

toobee- Wow triplets!!! I know anything can happen from here, but that is awesome. Actually it kind of scares me. I don't have your high numbers, but I do have a high rising beta like you do. We have around the same 2 day rise percentage from your first 2 betas. Great 3rd beta!! Huge numbers. Hope your OHSS goes away as soon as possible.

JJJake - I know what you mean about being tired. I haven't gotten hardly anything done this week. Good luck with your 3rd beta tomorrow!!
