Hi Priya,

I am working from home and I need to force myself to stop thinking about it.
I am trying to watch tv to do that/read my book/focus on stop I have to get done and plan my next move if this fails!

Yeah the boobs could be progesterone or could be real...I guess we will see. I think yours worked! Esp if the tired feeling set in recently!

Depending on how your body reacts to stimms - This time I stimmed for 6 days. Last time it was 10 days.

Priya:

What should the E2 number look like today? I am on Bravelle 450mg and Luprone 10ml. I hope I can just stim for 6 days like you and get it over with. I have the blook works because of the neddles.

Towachi: Both the times mine was > 200. This time since my cycle was for 6 days we had only 3 eggs to work with. Am sure you would like more :) . Once you start the ultrasounds you will have better idea of when the retrieval will take place. My Clinic does retrievals when the follicles are between 14mm and 21 mm. But its diff for diff clinics.

Thanks Priya, I just cross my fingers and wait to get the results. How are you doing? I know you are very anxious to test, don't worry, all will be fine.

Hello Ladies!

I had my transfer today. Out of 13 embryos, as of today, we have 11 left. 2 were transferred and now they are keeping their eyes on the remaining 9 to see if some or all can be frozen. They said another day or 2, which actually seems long to me. I’m going to go online and research what the average is.

They implanted a 2BB and a 3BB, with #1 and letter A’s being the best. My RE said they have had success with these grades so I should not worry. I feel really good and I told God to keep my little ones in his hands and carry them through. So, Lynnie and Priya, I am officially joining you on the 2ww. My first beta test is on 9/26/08.

Towachi: Welcome! Your E2 level is low, but don’t worry. This was only after 2 days of stimms, I didn't go in until after my 4th. You have plenty of time and they will make adjustments in your meds.

congratulations soready!! how wonderful to be in the 2ww! i wish you priya, and lynnie all the best of the babydust around!

i'm doing ok. i'm struggling with a sore back and neck i'm sure caused by stress. now the chiropracter and massage ther. are working hard to get it fixed.. in the meantime- i'm very tired from it, but otherwise good.

i'm in good spirits in terms of fertility. feeling hopeful about the next cycle. the other day i read on a thread a dr. or ghost saying the 'women with DOR(diminished ovarian reserve) are a few years off ovarian failure". and i freaked out, felt like throwing myself off a bridge. but i've reconnected with HOPE and decided that he's wrong about me.

anyways, i feel kinda sad that i won't be stimming til oct (in terms of my connection with this group- otherwise- it's the best decision for me)..i'm taking the DHEA with no problems (insomnia is gone too). and i got my protocal for when i do stim- i start a day earlier in flare (day3 insteadof 4), and are adding cetrotide and luveris earlier to prevent lead follies. so all is in order.

looking forward to hearing beta updates and how everyone is! hi sue and welcome towachi. hugs, karen

SoReady~Congrats on your transfer! Sounds like you had a whole slew of embies to choose from! Nice job--I hope that some make it to freeze too (not that you will need them--but good for peace of mind and if you want a sibling later :)

Priya and Lynnie~I hope you two are hanging in there with the two week wait. Im glad that you are both able to work from home--that will help take some pressure off. Take it easy and be good to yourselves. It sounds like you have the right idea with distracting yourselves with movies and TV! Do your favourite things and think good thoughts :)

Karen~I think you are doing the right thing by following your gut and postponing your cycle to stay on the DHEA longer. It is important to listen to your body, as well as your RE. And October will be here before you know it! We will certainly be here to cheer you on (hopefully with pregnant bellies!) I'm glad that your pelvic pains were a result of your workout--thank goodness.

towahi~welcome to the group.

I am looking forward to taking my last BCP this Friday (yep--I'm STILL on them!). I have felt so frustrated and impatient for so long waiting for the stimming to start. But now that it is imminent (next Monday) I am getting freaked out! I have to try so hard to push the negative thoughts out of my head and keep my PMA. And I have felt so hopeful all these past weeks and excited for the stims! This infertility business is such a big had game.
