Miracles do happen.

Post by kia1973 »

Hi ladies,

I thought I would share our good news with you all, as this site was my life line throughout our cycles and then right up until Ethan was born, and even helping me sort out little problems since we have had our darling son.

Well to cut a long story short I found out 2 weeks ago that I Pregnant!!!! What a shock it was to us, after 4 cycles we finally conceived Ethan and were over the moon, all our dream’s had come true, but now to find out we are having another baby and this time with no help is like some miracle from god!

We were in shock for the first few hours after finding out but now you can’t get us off cloud nine! We are 14 weeks pregnant… I haven’t even seen AF since before I was Pg with Ethan, I’m still B/feeding so didn’t expect to see her until I stop. so had no idea that i was Pg, was only because i was feeling tired and sick that i went to the doctors, thinking i was lacking in some vitamin due to b/f. he done a P/test to which i told him there was no point as Ethan was IVF and we had tried for years to conceive! so you can imagine the shock on my face when he said CONGRATULATION your having a baby!!!!!!

So ladies please don’t give up hope, when ever I used to read stories like this, I always used to think how lucky those women were and how it would never happen that way for me…. But here I am one of those lucky women, I just want to wish each and every one of you all the luck in the world and hope that soon and very soon all your dreams will come true.

Praying hard for you all

Take care and just remember miracles can happen. Good luck everyone

Hi Shantala,

of course i remember you, how are you and your little girl doing?? doesn't the time fly by with them? i can't beleive how quick the last 9 months have gone, it only seems like yesterday that we were bringing ethan home from hospital and now he has started nursery as i have to start back work on monday!!!

enjoy every min as it all goes by so quick.... and it doesnt get any easier you need eyes everywhere as soon as they are on the move! but its so fab to watch them change and hit those mile stones.

ps.. have you heard from nimble and how she and her little girl are getting on? have tried to keep my eye out for you both just dont have much spear time any more to post as much!

Hi Sha,

Congratulations - that is fantastic news, I am so pleased for you and your DH. I've heard of this so many times and it is so nice to hear from someone you know.

As for me, life couldn't be any better - Eva is doing well - she is now 9lbs 1oz so has put on exactly 2lbs since she was born - already 5 wks - just can't believe how quickly the time is flying by - I'm taking everyone's advice and enjoying every moment (oh apart from those horrendous nappies!! )

Congratulations again and keep us posted on how you are doing. Do you have a due date ??

Big hugs

Kia,

They are all I have ever known so I guess it is normal to me! HAHA
It is a lot easier now that they are older. The first 4 months are a blur to me sadly! Thanks, I do think they are the cutest! :)

Hi Kia1973,

Congratulations!!!!!!!!! This tells me that God does it in his own time. I am very happy for you. I seek consolation in your message, as I am still trying to conceive with ICSi, first one failed and the second one which I have to do PG Test tomorrow, is presently not looking good.

However as you rightly stated miracles do happen, all I can do now is to wait for my own miracle.

Stay Blessed.
