Hey Priya,

I understand about taking the break. For me, being 42, I can't waste a cycle. Sucks as I am tired of this, but need to keep trying. My SIL has offered to donate eggs, but she is 37 and I am not sure she would be a candidate. It might also be a bit weird for me, although DH loves the idea as it saves money and we know she is a great person.

No sisters or cousins the right age unfortunately. Good luck with your NYC doctor.

Lynnie - Assuming the BFN is official. So sorry to hear it! Let us know how your consultation goes tomorrow. My office manager had a healthy IVF baby at 43 so don't give up hope!

I was wondering if you were aware of good clinics to go to for Dnor Eggs. We are considering that as well since I have an egg quality issue.

Hey - Check this forum
http://www.ivfconnections.net/board/for ... y.php?f=12

You can read reviews of IVF clinics in ur area which have good donor egg program - among other things ....

Hope this helps.

Well according to the doubling every 2 days rule it should be at least 866. So I'd say it's fabulous! Congratulations!

I hate waiting for the US too...but it's better to do it later to make sure you see the heartbeat than to get in too soon before the heart starts beating. I'll be watching to see how yours goes! Mine is on Oct. 1st.

Thank you kerpupples and PriyaC! I'm very excited as well, now I really have a reason not to drink...lol...

Do you really think it's twins?

Have a great weekend, everyone.

Hey, I'm back. One healthy heartbeat at 117 BPM! It was very cool - we actually got to hear the heartbeat. The baby measures 6w3d and I'm 6w2d so things are right on track. We're still at about a 15% chance of miscarriage but it's a big weight lifted.

I'll be watching for your beta next week new2ivfgirl!
