Hi Shell

Welcome back and many, many Congratulations to you and Lee. I too told you it would be a boy!!

You really went through the mill didn't you? I am glad you are feeling better and that you have your big boy home safe and sound. I was so shocked when I read the weight of Alex

I saw all the singing and dancing posts on FF and I have to say I still love this board. You have so many congratulations from all over the world which is wonderful.

A huge congratulations to you Michelle. Your email was really touching and i'm so sorry you had a bit of a nightmare getting there, but everything turned out fine.

The good thing about having a biggun is that they need less feeds I believe - so you've already got a distinct advantage there!

Take care - just think you're in time to get your first Mother's Day card soon!

Very best wishes to the three of you,
Nicola x

Hi Everyone,

I am so touched by the replies to my post, I was in tears, I have missed you all but I am sure you all understand that I can't get online as much as I used to.

Just to let you know everything is going well, I have the odd day when I don't feel like I am being a good mom but I am sure its just my hormones.

Alex was weighed on Wednesday and he now weighs 11lb 7 1/2oz which is brill.

I am also on the mend and just taking it easy.

Nikola - The C Section was fine to be honest, I was nervous at first but then I just forgot it all. The only feeling I got was the tugging in my tummy but not a bad feeling. It just feels like rummaging around in a shopping bag, but I tell you, its just amazing when you see your baby for the first time, babies in your case.

Alison - I am so sorry to hear you had a rough time also, what are we like, believe in doing things in style lol

Zed - WOW I have not been online much so didn't know about your miracle baby being born, how is everything?

To everyone else hope all is well, and will be back again soon.

Love to all.
Shell.
