Hey Ericka! I saw your reply on Kimmy's other thread and I wanted to just stop in here and wish you luck next month.

I got a BFN on the thread that we were both on, same as you. We went directly into another FET cycle the very next month which is how I ended up with my BFP.

I'm suprised your RE is balking at thawing your 3 embies. We had 6 remaining and opted to thaw all 6 since they were only 6 and 4 cells each. We had our RE's full support for that apprroach. Three of those 6 thawed lived and thrived so that is what we transferred.

Good luck hon! I'll be watching for your results.

I too am transfering for a FET around the middle of October and would love to be your buddy! My tenetative scheduled transfer is Oct 14th give or take a day, depending on my labs and such.

This is my first FET, I had my first IVF cycle in June which ended in a chemical pregnancy. We have four frozen embryos, (2) 3 day and (2) 5 day. I am nervous because my RE wants to transfer the 2 blasts, which were slow growers so that is why they let them grow to blasts before the big freeze. I am worried they will not survive the thaw and then this cycle will be a bust. Well you know worries, we could and do worry ourselves silly.

I am revitalized for this cycle! I hyperstimulated with my IVF cycle and was so terribly sick so this cycle is going to be a breeze, plus much less expensive. Please let me know about yourself and your journey! Way to be buddies!

Hey Girls. I would love to join you all on this journey. I am going thru' my first FET. Schedule ET is 10/3. I have been thru 3 IUIs and 2 IVFs-- all BFNs. Unfortunately i only have one frozen embruo (day 5) so not sure what the chance are of it surviving the thaw. I am trying to be optimistic. I had to use it as i am on the shared risk. Have also started accupuncture this time. Hope it helps. Baby dust to all of us. :)

Hi everyone!

Mind if I join you? My first FET is scheduled for 10/10. I have been through two IVFs, both BFN. I have 5 frosties, all day 6 blasts. I have a 6AB, a 4AB, a 3AB, and two 4BBs. My clinic's best rating is 6AA, with the 6 meaning fully hatched. The plan right now is to transfer the three best ones (thaw the three ABs first and then thaw the other two if any don't survive).

I started the Lupron on 9/11, and started estrogen patches and tablets yesterday. My RE has me on a very interesting protocol this time around, with two types of estrogen and two types of progesterone, but since it didn't work before I am OK with any changes they want to make!

JCurly girl-I am transferring slow growers too! Mine are day 6 blasts. They weren't blasts yet at day 5, when most reach that stage. From what I know, the fact that they are blasts means they have an excellent chance.

I am really praying that it works this time for all of us!!!

Hi all you FET ladies! It is nice to see a few of us going through the same. I am planned to go in for my baseline U/S and lab work tomorrow, to make sure everything is still on. I keep thinking that something is going to cancel this cycle, I sure hope not. Anyway good luck to all and lets keep each other posted!

Love, Luck and Babydust!

Hi Ladies,
I am new to this board and saw this post.
I am 33 and doing my 1st FET. I am currently doing lupron and estrace and the projected transfer date is 10-15...seems like forever lol

I have 3 frozen 1 5aa 1 4aa and 1 4 ab. These are 5 day blasts. My re said we should thaw all 3 and transfer all 3 if they survive. He said the embryos are good quality but from what I've read I don't think they are....lots of women have 8 and 6 cell embryos. So, I am a little nervous but hopeful! I will be keeping positive thoughts for all of you!

Annie, I am so sorry. I have been thru two failed cycles so i know how hard it is to get back on your feet. But you need to do it. It is the only way to move past this and start again. My thougths are with you.
