Thoughts on Acupunture and FET Success????

I wanted to get your thoughts and success stories for anyone who has done acupunture with a FET.

This is going to be our 3rd FET and have never used acupunture before. I have appointment on the 18th about 3 weeks before FET, Will it increase my success rates????? Postive and Negative answers please

i started acupuncture on my last cycle.. didnt get a BFP but had better quality embryoas.. not sure for FET but there is evidence that it can help implantatipn..

It is also very relaxing and has brought my stress levels dowm..

I would do it and especialy right before andthen again rioght after transfer..
Hopefully you ar egoing to someone experienced in infertlilty

Hi Brenda,
Good question! I am currently on BCP and will be starting Lupron on the 21st. My RE is shooting for a Nov. 17th FET. I meet with an acupucturist for the first time on Saturday and she does specialize in fertility so I am excited to hear what she has in mind for me. She has worked with several of the patients and drs at my clinic so the makes me very comfortable.

Also, based on reading the boards I've heard pineapple is good and ladies have mentioned royal jelly. My DH bought me some royal jelly which was delivered today, but I'm doing some reading on how this will help an FET, I know it is supposed to be a great help for a fresh cycle and the prep of.

I've had 2 BFPs (1 MC). The first BFP was on a fresh cycle with AP. This current BFP is from a FET without AP. I also got a BFN in between on a FET with AP. I'm honestly not sure it has much of an effect. For me I think it was more about embryo quality and endometrial receptivity.

Both times I only did AP the day of ET, before and after. I have had one other very relaxing AP appointment. I have heard ladies here say AP regimens helped to address issues they had that contributed to their infertility.

Hi Brenda, I had accupuncture on my 3rd FET and it worked. I also had a slight change in protocol but i am sure the acp helped. I was completely relaxed and very positive. I also saw him a few times through my pregnancy for various things. I love it.
