I'm almost 6 weeks and I've been having horrible cramping. Sometimes during the night, I wake up doubled over and have to get up and walk around. When I called my IVF nurse, she said that she would rule out an ectopic pregnancy since my last beta number was so high. She recommended taking regular tylenol, but I hate taking them so often. Anyone have any similar symptoms or advice.?

It's completely normal at the stage your at. I cramped until about 8 weeks in both my pregnancies, and any doctor or nurse or past pregnant woman will tell you the same thing. As long as your not bleeding bright red your just fine. It's also completely normal to be so worried about it. Your going to question everything from now till your baby is born.
Try not to worry about it too much and have faith that it'll go away soon.
I cramped really bad from 4 weeks on. I would wake up around 1-3am with pain so bad it felt like someone was ripping my hips apart. I would feel it more in the middle of the night than anything. I still cramp, but its more of a stretching feeling I get a few times a day. Enough that I can feel it, but not enough to warrant tylenol.
Also, I started getting lots and lots of sexual dreams and followed by the dreams it felt like someone was ripping my uterus out.
