Hi Rosario,

I live in New Mexico now, but I moved out of Mass about 2 months ago. I used to live in Western Mass, I see that you're in Eastern Mass. However, I had my IVF procedures done at a clinic in Lexington called Reproductive Science Center (http://www.rscnewengland.com/lexington-ma.html). I was able to get pregnant with them on my 3rd try (we did one fresh cycle and 2 frozen ones). My insurance covered everything (except the storage for our frozen embryos after 6 months)!!! I'm so happy the law in MA allows for infertility to be covered, otherwise we would have not been able to afford it. I had Aetna as my insurance (chickenring company).

Good luck to you and dh as you continue your journey!

My office manager had hers done in the Wellesley area. I can find out the name of the clinic for you - apparently it's a satellite location of one in Boston. She was 43 and has a healthy son now so it sounds like they knew what they were doing!

Hi Rosario... I also am in MA and went to Reproductive Science Center in Lexington. I just finished my 1st IVF cycle which failed. I am contemplating changing clinics and have heard good things about Brigham Women's. My insurance is United Health Care and everything was covered except for the storage of the frozens.

hi Rosario I am using the Reproductive Science Center in Lexington (RSC). I have had one fresh IVF cycle fail but am optimistic about my FET this month. the doctors and nurses there are great and i've checked out their success rates on SART and they look pretty high.. so i'm staying :D

My husband and I have discussed and decided to stay with RSC in Lexington as well. We were a bit put off as it felt a bit inpersonal due to the amount of patients but their success rates seem good. Looks like we are moving on to an FET next.

Thank you guys for your input. I am waiting to see what clinics Harvard Pillgrim are contracted with since I have an HMO plan. I guess that will limit my success rate if I can only go to the clinics on their list.

Hi Rosario,

We had Harvard Pilgrim as well and we went to Boston IVF in Waltham. They were amazing to work with and my doctor (Dr. Alper) was awesome! He never gave up on us and we're now expecting in March. They also have the Domar Center there which offers accupuncture, yoga and mind-body classes. I really can't say enough good things about them. Good luck!!!
