Im in this group!!!!! Still waiting for my first U/S on 10/21 and going crazy with the wait...once I see that heartbeat, I'll feel alot better and more confident....

Mine is on the 21st too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I actually had one today because I was in so much pain over the weekend. Turns out I have 2 sacs and ovarian hyperstimulation. Will get to hear the heartbeat or beats on the 21st like you! I'll be thinking about you too.

Hey Liz, thats pretty cool that we have our U/S on the same day.....make sure to log on after and let me know how it goes! I think you may be having twins....I know Im only having a singleton because I only had one egg to transfer.....I can barely wait till the 21st! Have you still been working? Ive been taking alot of time off because Im scared to work and get over worked or do something that may cause something to happen to my bambino....Im just paranoid I guess.....so I kinda put myself on light duty, at least until I see that precious heartbeat!!

yes, I'm soooo ready to see the hearbeat. I'll also be relieved when I hear that my ovaries, especially the right have decreased in size. The cramping is alot better. So, I'm hoping for nothing but good news. I haven't slowed down with work. If fact, I've been so busy. I'm a pharmacuetical rep and we are launching a new product. I came home at 3:00 and went straight to sleep. I'm tired and crampy. That's about it. What are you feeling these days?

I have had this cramping pain on my left side ever since my ER. My RE said it should go away but it hasnt yet. Also my urine smells weird (I wonder if its from the omega that I started taking). I called my RE and he wanted me to come in tomorrow to do a urine test and make sure I dont have a urinary tract infection. I wonder if by chance he will try and do an U/S on me while Im there....I dont know if he would see a heartbeat yet though because I dont make 6 weeks til Friday. Other than that, my boobs hurt quite a bit and certain smells make me gag...if he does do a U/S tomorrow, I'll let you know what we see (but chances are he wont do it and will wait til I come back on the 21st).....

Ladies, can I join? I had an FET on 10/3 with one 6 day blast only and low and behold it took. I have been thru two IVFs before that so i am so thrilled even though i know that it is not over yet. I had my first beta on 10/15 (94), 2nd one on 10/17 (316) and today the third and final one (1570). My doctor though wants to do an ultrasound this week. Not sure why so early. Have any of you heard of ultrasound this early. Should i be worried? Looking forward to continuing this blessed journey with you girls.

I'm not sure why they would want to do an ultra sound so early.
They may just want to check out everything since you've had a failure or two before.

Hello Liz35,

I am a pharmaceutical rep also. What was your occupation prior to pharmaceutical sales? I am a registerd nurse. I am always so curious because it is so interesting all of the different backgrounds that we have. It is very difficult to be pregnant when you are launching a product. I had an ectopic pregnancy 2 years ago, which started during a launch meeting. I was so very exhausted... Please take care of yourself! Well, it looks like I will be delivering late next June. I just tested positive today and I will go for my beta test tomorrow.

Thanks Liz. I will keep you posted after the u/s tomorrow. My nurse said that he wants to see whether the embryo is growing in the right place. Good luck with the u/s today. Must be so exciting.

It's official!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 babies with 2 very strong heartbeats. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trying to think all happy thoughts and not get overwelmed. I can't even image nights around this house.

Heisable...Hope your u/s went well. Can't wait to hear.

Angelaezra.....I work for Abbott. Who do you work for? Can't wait to hear what your beta numbers reveal. How many did you transfer?

Congratulations Liz35...! That is wonderful!

I work for Endo Pharmaceuticals selling to pain management, rheumatologists, neurologists, etc. I have a really good friend who just left us and is now working for Abbott in specialty selling extended Vicodin. I had a feeling that you worked for Abbott because of the timing of your launch.

I finally received my beta it is 152. I might have twins also because this is not my scheduled beta day it was Thursday and they did transfer 2 blastocysts. So they have me going back for my 2nd beta on Thursday and they say your beta doubles every two days. We will see. I can honestly say with the long road that my husband and I have been through, I will be happy with whatever god sends me...!

Hello Ladies,

First off, congrats on your twins LIZ!!!! I thought you may be having twins with those high beta numbers.

I too had my u/s today and I saw one baby with a heartbeat of 120bpm!!! I measured in at 6w2d....I am soooo happy and they printed me a picture to bring home to my husband who couldnt get off work today. I know he will be stoked (this is his first child, my fourth...3 kids from ex and then tied my tubes, thats why I hadda do an IVF).......

Angela, congrats on your BFP and a good beta number....!

angelaezra: congrats on that great beta. Sounds like twins to me.

Well my u/s was fine. I saw a beautiful sac and the doctor puts me at 5w3 days and he said that everything looks great. I go in next tuesday for the next ultrasound where i can hear the heartbeat. i can't wait.

Hello everyone,

Our message board has been quiet. I wanted to check in and make sure everyone is doing alright. I am doing fine. I received my second beta result on Thursday, which was 302 but that was originally supposed to be my first beta. My RE says it might be twins but it is hard to say because they have had women with their first beta in the 300's and they were pregnant with only one baby and they also have women in the 300's with twins. My 1st u/s is scheduled for Nov. 7th, which seems like a lifetime away
