I had a FET 10/12 (1) 6day grade III blast with fragmentation non-hatched and (1) 6day grade II hatched blast. I started having some cramping/pinching the next day and today, I also started spotting (sorry for the TMI) brownish. My questions are:
Has anyone had success with fragmeted blasts?
Is it normal to cramp and spot?
I am so worried, my husband is no help as he feels whatever is whatever, it will either work or not. Just looking for some inspiration!

You have good chances. Day 6 blasts work well in FET. The spotting probably has nothing to do with your chances, upward or downward.
