What exactly does the pineapple help with? How many days before transfer are you supposed to start eating it and how much are you supposed to eat??

I'm not sure what it does, however, I ate it from day of emby transfer for next 5 days as I recall -
cut whole pineapple into 5 sections (including core) and eat 1 section each day for 5 days
well- they're delicious and good for you!!, and I ended up with a BFP- due today!!!!!!!!

I saw the same experience with Pineapple at one chinese ivf forum. I have no chance to try it.
The experience is to divide one pinaapple into four parts. Take the first one on the transfer day and take the each part daily for the following 3 days.
