new to this please help

hi all
am new to this .. my dh and i have had a long battle to become parents , after years of trying we got the news dh was infertile and were devastated !
We have just moved to the top of the list for DI and i am currently on day 11 and had my first scan today but the doctor told me my folicle was to small and the lining of the uterus had not yet thickened i just wondered what size they have to be and on what day do you usually ovulate ?
I am 26 year old non smoker with regular periods 9 well between 28 and 31 days ) and starting 3 natural cycles (no drugs) for 3 months. help would be great am so nervous about the whole thing and just hope it works

Why is your husband infertile? If it is a structural problem he could have it surgically repaired. If it is hormonal they can put him on steroids. Make sure he is completely evaluated by a urologist that specializes in male infertility before you go to donor sperm. You are very young and have lots and lots of time so try not to panic. we have been through all tests last year including a biopsy or we would not be consdering using a donor !
He has no sperm at all as his glad that was supposed to tell his testicles to start producing it never kicked in when he was only 6 weeks old and there is nothing they can do for us sadly !
