Hi
all i had my first ivf transfer on sunday the 26th of october and have got to go to clinic for a test on the 11th of november.

My concern is that since wednesday i have been having tummy ache and backache not painfull but noticeabe.
ive been feeling like af is going to start at anytime.
im really worried that it wont work.

I had two embryo's put back on 3 day transfer.
im relly worried that im going to get a bfp.

has anyone else felt this way and got a bfp.

hopeforamiracle - Don't stress or read too much into cramps, pains etc. The progesterone that we take mimmicks AF symptoms as well as pregnancy symptoms. This is part of the reason the 2ww will drive you nuts. Good luck and keeping my fingers crossed for your BFP.

i have also had sore boobs for the last 24hours would that be down to the drugs or is that a good sign.
please some one reply im going crazy not kowing

Hi hopeofamiracle!!!

Cramping and pain is very normal during the 2ww...it could be the progesterone, uncomfort from the procedure OR even implantation.

About the sore breasts, I can tell you that it could be the progesterone OR it could definitely be a good sign. In my case it was a good sign...I had a natural pregnancy about 3 years ago that ended up in miscarriage, the only sign I had then was sore breasts. Then I went on to try IVF, my first two cycles failed and I didn't get sore breasts at all (not even as a progesterone side effect), HOWEVER, with this last cycle (which resulted in this beautiful one I'm carrying), I had sore breasts even before I got my bfp! as soon as I started feeling "my girls" hurting I took it as a good sign, and voila!

I'm right there with ya...I test on Nov. 10 and am just bracing myself for bad news, it's so hard to stay possitive but we have to! I have not had to many symptoms..I've had sore boobs on & off, some cramping, tired, a little bit of an increased appitite. Are u going to hold off and test on your day or are you going do an early test? keep me posted - good luck!!!!

I tested ths morning 10 days past transfer and got a negative

Im gutted but not giving in yet as its still early clinic are not testing till the 11th so still got time.
