Lack of Morning Sickness...happen to any of you?

Post by ajdec »

I am a little more than 6 weeks PG and have had no morning sickness at all. Not even really that sore of bbs. Did this happen to any of you? I know not everyone experiences it, and I'm trying to not worry too much...but it's definitely in the back of my mind. Any words of reassurance would be appreciated from you already-mommys!

I didn't have (vomiting) morning sickness, except for once or twice...but instead I would get nauseated at smells..had to dash out of restaurants more than once or twice! Could NOT smell fish at all...

whoever wrote the 'what to eat' books have never been preggers...the 'good' things are hard to eat when you can't take the smell!

You may be one of the lucky ones who doesn't get ill...good luck!

I didn't have ANY morning sickness. I did have days where I couldn't decide what sounded good to eat, but no nausea or anything. Be thankful. :D And congratulations on your pregnancy!

cornybaby - That's how I have been...like some days something sounds really good, other days nothing sounds good. Not "sickness" bad...just nothing sounds good. I know I'd be complaining if I were sick, so I should just shut up and live it up! But I think that's part of our IVF minds...questioning every little thing that is or is not happening! Thanks for the posts!

I am with corny! No sickness nada. I think around 20 weeks when they started to push up on me I would eat too much then get sick (happened like 3 times lol) but nothing in the first tri. No sore boobs either. No big boobs. Nada. Did not feel preggers till I could feel them move inside me!

I didn't get morning sickness until 9 weeks and then it was more like all day sickness but it was gone by 14 weeks. I guess everyone is different! Best of luck to you.

Aloha! I didn't have any morning sickness either during my pregnancy. None at all. So we had an easier time keeping our pregnancy a secret until 4.5 months along (after we found out the amniocentesis was normal). The only thing that I really couldn't stand was the smell of rice or meat(s) cooking.

Enjoy your pregnancy!

Knew it was too good to be true!

13 weeks yesterday and wham...threw up! And again today... Sigh...isn't morning sickness supposed to be STOPPING by the end of the first trimester...not just starting! Hopefully it doesn't last...it hasn't really been that bad, but definitely an inconvenience getting ready in the morning!
