Hi Diane,

Lovely to hear from you, hows things going?

Well I have some time to myself Lee as been to the football match today and then he said I could come online and have some time to myself so he is downstairs with Alex.

Everything is going well, Alex has his feed just before bed ie before 22:00 and then wakes up again at 04:30 so can't be bad.

I also am getting on the mend, I have not had any painkillers for a couple of days which I am pleased about. I am on tablets though because I am still bleeding quite heavy and losing clots so they are trying to calm this down.

Hope to hear from you soon.
Love
Shell.

Oh and Alex was weighed on Wednesday he now weighs 11lb 7 1/2oz which is great.

Hi Di,

I just read your post about baby being breech, the thing is if you have to have a section it isn't the worse thing in the world they are just doing it for safety and I am sure all will be fine.

I am enjoying being a mommy, I do get tired and some days I feel alittle down but thats expected I guess my hormones are all over the place, but ALex is my world and I wouldn't be without him to behonest.

Shell.

Hey Shell

Its lovely to see you posting again (don't worry you are still No.2!!!) You sound like you have everything under control. I'm glad you are starting to 'heal'....you'll probably feel much better and less down when you are totally mended and able to do more things.

In the meantime take it easy (well as easy as Alex will allow) and ENJOY!!!!!

Everytime I log on this site I always have a laugh to myself, you will get to beat me Nikola, but then when you have your babies I am sure you will be extra busy so I will have to knock you off again.

How is everyone today?

Did you all get the snow?

Hi Shell!!!!

I'm back on board too... glad things are settling down for you - do you find life surreal at the moment?? It sounds like you are coping well and Alex is getting stronger every minute. His weight is sooooo good - he must be about double the size of Sam :D . Make sure you look after yourself though - I'll bet you're tired if you're still bleeding too???
By the way, a belated thanks for nagging ne about my bag etc - it may have been the only thing organised, but at least it was a start!! LOL

Diane - you know, it's not impossible for the baby to turn back - it happened to someone I know. You'll be fine anyway - not long to go!!

Take care

Hi Diane & Zoe,

Well nice to see a post from you both.

Diane - Try not to worry to much about your baby, the thing is little one still as time to move. Please make sure you post on Monday and let me know how it goes. Will be thinking of you!! The thing is just make the most of your time you have now that's what I say anyway.

Zoe - Lovely to see you back with us, today is the most I have had chance to come online. Alex is asleep at the minute and he was asleep this morning when I got chance to come online. He is due his feed at 17:00 so he will be waking in a bit. I am trying to keep him in an 4 hour pattern and not feed him on demand and so far it seems to be working. How are you coping with Motherhood? is it what you expected? How is Sam? I am glad I went on at you about your bag, like I say I had mine done really early because I was convinced my little one was gonna come early but infact he was stubborn and decided to come 2wks later.

Well I hope to hear from you both soon.

Love & Hugs

Shell.
