I currently have SOD in my right ovarium in 2006 has been removed.
And I just have one ovarium, which my left ovarium is blocked.
My obgyn told me I must do IVF, if i want to pregnant.
And in October 2008 i took IVF and fail.
My obgyn told me, that caused in my right ovarium now HYDROSALPHINX.
And the hydros is poison the embrios in my uterus, and make IVF fail.
I was very disappointed, and now I want to ask what should I do now?
Because I really want to have child?
Please shed some light for me.....
Do you have hydro in your tubes? Because you do not need your tubes to become pregnant with IVF but they usually recommend you get rid of the hydro before doing IVF because the fluid is toxin and can harm the embyro. I had hydro in right tube and had it removed
I had hydrosalphinx in my one tube and had the tube removed - you can still get pregnant with IVF but you should get the tube removed prior to trying another cycle.

I had hydro in both of my tubes and was told that they had to be removed prior to IVF, otherwise it was very likely IVF would not work. Like you were told and the others have said, hyrdo is toxic. Although they are bypassing the tubes with IVF, the toxic fluid can still get into your uterine cavity. I wish you the best through it all.
