Any Successfull IVF's 1st Time?

I keep looking at the board and it seems to me everyone's first IVF has failed, does anyone have a postive result for the first IVF? I am starting to get dicouraged by reading these posts! Help! Need some postive reinforcement.

Starting my first IVF in 3 weeks!!

Try not to get discourged I know its an emotional time but there is success after first try. It worked for us. In fact looking back it seems like yesterday that we were doing stims and now my son is 5 weeks old. There are more people then you prob realize try and look at the preg. after treatment and parents after treatment board. Good luck and stay positive.

Yes, it can happen on the first try! I had twin girls 4 weeks ago and it was my first IVF! Keep the faith. I think positive thinking has a lot to do with successful IVF outcomes! Good luck to you!

I had success on my first IVF back in March of 06. My DD was born 11/13/06. But all my others have came back with a BFN. I am doing a FET on 12/8 so I am keeping a PMA.

Yes! I'm a 1st time IVFer (1st time with any assisted repro!) and now have a month old baby boy!!!!

keep positive! there are plenty of us out here with a + on the 1st go-
that being said- there are plenty more who have given it multiple tries and have gone on to achieve successful pregnancies -
I think the statistics say IVF works on average about 30% of the time-but
it is different for everyone - I hope your 1st time is a charm as the process is grueling - but don't give up

My first IVF came back a BFP and I had b/g twins who are now 14 months old. Not to mention that being pg must have kick started my body because I am now over 2 months pg with a natural pregnancy!

Have faith! It does work and it can happen on the first try!

I also got PG on my first IVF try. Baby is now 13 months old! Hoping that my second IVF works too!

I also got pregnant my first IVF and have a healthy 13 mth old boy...I just did a 2nd cycle and had my ET Saturday the 21st...GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!

I got pregnant with triplets but became twins on my first IVF...so yes it does happen! I am due May 15th....
