Lady_J- I had a blast in Chicago. Came in to visit my Mom (in Whiting, In) but made it in to the city to see Dirty Dancing at the Cadillac... a definite Must-See.

karen- we're in the same boat it seems... i cannot wait until Dec 3 for my u/s, I made an appointment for b/w tomorrow morning. I can't wait to get to a point where I can just enjoy myself being pregnant instead of worrying everytime I go to the little ladies room that I'll meet back up with my AF. Hopefully I will actually calm down enough for that.

Don't have time for personals, but I wanted to thank everyone for your support. I just expected 5 eggs, and only 3 mature. I will find out today what happened with fert. I'm so nervous because I have to go into work and the first cycle I got the devastating call that none had fertilized when I was at work. I am so sore right now which I never had before. They said I woke up and sat completely up during the procedure - can't be good!

Good morning everyone! I'm in my 2WW right now. I'm 7dp3dt....so its day 10 of the two weeks. I'm really concerned because I don't have any symptoms yet. I was hoping I'd have sore boobs by now atleast. I developed OHSS the day after my 3 day transfer and its just now starting to subside. I heard that if I were pregnant that it should be getting worse. So I don't know what to think. I'll be devastated if this cycle doesn't work! I'm sure most of you know the feeling. I know a lot of you just recently found out you were pregnant....when did you start to get symptoms and what were they?

TKat, I didnt have sypmtoms that early (heck I dont have much now) but I did have OHSS and my RE said that means you might actually be more likely to get preggers bc it shows your body responded well to the treatment. I had OHSS pretty bad for a few days but it subsided... its too early to know anything now so just try to relax (impossible!) and see what comes. Good luck!

Good morning ladies - I really haven't been posting much on here anymore, but I am definitely reading all your posts and hoping for BFPs for all of you. We had our 9 week scan this morning and saw our little "strawberry" moving around! It was very cool. I wish nothing but the same for all of you! I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving and much sticky baby dust!

Waiting for 4 - Thanks for your response. Its very encouraging! My husband refuses to let us use a HPT because he doesn't want me worrying about the results. I'll have to hang in there until Saturday! I hope to get some symptoms soon!!

Dear Karen - Just jumping on for a sec from work... to answer your question. I think my heart beat was around 140 but I'm actually not sure .... it seemed to be beating what looked like fast to me and the RE counted and said it was exactly where it should be but silly me I don't really ask for details as this is my first time. He also said that the placenta was now making Progesterone on its own- more than I could get from a shot... so I don't know.... sorry I can't be more helpful but I'm seeing my OB on monday and will def. ask. I was 7 weeks 1day and I've heard that during the 6 week period a heart beat can sometimes not be seen... so don't fret if that's the case!!! good luck....

Hi Ladies-

Well ET Day was another emotionally difficult day. We got the dreaded phone call in the morning AGAIN that this cycle looks very similar to last time. Out of the 7 remaining embryos on Saturday, 5 were poor quallity on Monday and there were 2 early blasts hanging on that weren't yet graded and did we want to put them in. They were saying that my case is highly unusual based on my age and that they would have hoped for a much better response. I am a cancer survivor and they say that eggs are either completely gone or not affected at all and based on my ovarian function and everything they said eggs were all in good condition, but for some reason I am not responding the way they would hope so they may be attributing that to the use of chemo. But we of course wanted those 2 put back in.

Well when we got to the office it was a different doctor and she informed us that their were 2 early blasts plus one (grade b) blast. This was news to us and I said I wanted all 3 put back in and she was not agreeing at all so she ended up calling my primary Dr. who agreed. She felt that because I am younger there would be a greater chance for triplets. However, all along I have been saying to myself that if there were 3 left I would put them all in and that happened.

We are trying to be positive that this will work, especially since the news from the morning phone call wasn't that promising. I am really just taking it easy and hoping we get our miracle. We return for our beta Dec 4.

Tkat Isn't it terrible trying to symptom spot? I am on my 3dpt. I am also feeling upset that I dont feel nothing yet. All I feel is my left ovary a little sore from ER, my REsaid that it is a little large but nothing to be concerned yet. HAve you had implantation spotting yet? I am waiting for that myself hoepfully it will give me some hope. Good Luck on your BFP, u r almost there.

Karen Good Luck on your US on Friday. Thatis what it took for me for it to sink in I was really PG with my first, afterI saw her little body on US. It will be great. Good Luck.

Hi everyone, I am still reading your updates everyday and sincerely hoping the best for each of you. I just wanted to share that I had my first u/s today and we have one healthy heartbeat! It was just the reassurance I needed, although I still don't know if I'm ready to tell people yet. I hope you are all coping with whatever phase of the cycle you may be in and are blessed with a BFP. Hope you all have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving!

Thanks for your reply. I did not have any implantation spotting. I was hoping to see it everytime I went to the bathroom but nothing! I wonder how common that is. Did you have a 3 day or 5 day transfer and how many did they transfer? I hope you get symptoms soon!! This waiting period is torture.

Hi Tkat... I had a 3dt.. we were originally going to do a 5dt but atER I only had 4 mature eggs and only 2 werefertilized. I had both embies transfered. 1 was 8cell gradd A- and the other was 5cell graded B.

Hope u get your symptoms too. And it is torture.

hey ladies just a quick post because i am feeling so tried it is only 6:00 & i am in CT & i feel like going to bed....anyways i hope everyone is doing okay...i go in tomorrow for my third beta & i hope my numbers look better it has been 4 days since my last beta which was at 267....my doc said hopefully next week i will be at 6wks & if everything goes well we can have my u/s so i will keep u all posted....wish me luck...big hugs to u all & good luck to u all & alot of baby dust is coming to all of u

I got my 3rd beta today (bc i insisted) and my level is now 2,325!!! I finally feel like I can relax a little. I wish all of you the best of luck with your individual steps- I believe God will provide for all of us.
