Well I had my first scan today and we have one heartbeat
We are absolutely thrilled and whilst it's still early days I'm determined to enjoy every day as much as I can (in between constant worrying)!!
Our due date is Oct 19 and I'm now 6wks and 4 days!! i can't believe I'm seeing a midwife on Wednesday!!!!!
Am now off to watch S & TC

Congraulations on your scan its great to see the heartbeat. The time will pass a bit quicker now until your next scan.

I.V.F started in 2001. 1st cycle +ve mc nov 2001 at 12 weeks. Fet mar 2002 +ve then -ve.
2nd cycle +ve eptopic oct 2002 6 weeks.
fet mar 2003 -ve. 3rd cycle over stimulated embies frozen. Fet nov 2003 +ve due 11/8/04.

its just such a wonderful experience to see the little one on the screen
and to hear the heartbeat.
now you just take things easy, no lifting, and rushing around, and
time will fly till your next scan.

I'm now in tears as have just read Dagny's post. I can't believe this can be happening to her and dh. After everything they've gone through how much more s**t can life throw at them. Sorry to rant must be my hormones!
I have my first midwife appt tomorrow which will hopefully make it all seem a bit more real!
