As you all know yesterday hacked me off a bit but I have to be thankfull I did get a low reading and I will put it down to the acupuncture so I am going to carry on with every week untill my next af and see what that brings!!! I am also on a mushroom suppliment that she gave me . Thank god its in tablet form.
