appy sorry to hear things aren't progressing as well as they thought - but you still have a week to go... and worst case scenario they can still do an IUI right? Hang in there sweetie.

Actually IUI is not an option for me............Like I said earlier had laproscopic surgery in Aug,where both my fallopian tubes had to be removed

......So IVF is the only hope for me....
Anyways ,have another u/s sceduled for tommorow.....Hopefully there will be better news this time around........

appi,so sorry to hear that,try not to be too down,things will get better I`m sure,try and try and try allover again untill you get it,I know it`s not easy and it does cost but in the end it`s so worth it,I`ll pray for you,

Well my u/s results were still not as good as expected ,but my RE is still persisting with this cycle thankfully, she has not cancelled my cycle as yet.........so there is still some hope.Will have another follow up tommorow.......Hoping for the best........
NHY,how are things going in ur cycle? Have U started ur stims?How is it treating U? I do seem to have slight stomach aches and cramps........Are u experiencing anything of that sort?

Hi Appy-
Glad to hear your RE wants to continue with this cycle. How far into it are you? When is ER expected?
I just finished my last BCP on Sunday and will continue with Lupron shots this week. I am finding significant burning with the Lupron but I'm just glad to be underway with this cycle. AF should arrive later this week and I get to start Gonal-F.
I've done Gonal-F 112units in previous cycles but this time we'll be doing 225 so I'm betting there'll be burning with that as well.
Hang in there and stay in touch. I'm routing for ya!

About my cycle, I am nearing the end of my injections hopefully.......I was supposed to be done with them by now,but my progress was not that good,My follicles are not progressing that well,the biggest one is just 12mm!!!!!!.......Anyways still doing my lupron,Gonal-f(300units)and menopur(150).If all goes well ,should have my retrieval over the weekend maybe........
Good luck to you with ur stims.......I'm sure u'll get thru it just fine .It does feel good as u progress and move on in ur cycle ,isn' it?????Will be routing for you too

Nearing my retrieval day finally!!!!!!Have to take my trigger shot tommorow night and then on monday morning it's my oocyte retreival.The RE says I am a slow responder,so just keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that they can get at least a few good eggs!!!!!!
How are you doing with ur stims Brenda? Have u started with ur ultrasounds?I wish U all the very best!!!!

Yes we've started Gonal F and continuing with Lupron til trigger night later this month. Had initial bloodwork for this cycle today and will start having us/blood monitoring every 2 days. I'll keep you posted.

Let me know how retreival goes and how you're feeling.

Hey NHY, finally retrieval took place today!!!!!!They retrieved 3 eggs,not such a great no,but.........I got a call from my Dr's office with the fertilization report saying 2 had fertilised,and one was abnormal.DH and myself are thinking of going in for a day 2 transfer,which means that will be tommorow......Really nervous and excited at the same time.........
So how are ur u/s going.........Wish u all the very best......

There's been a change in my schedule......Transfer will take place on day 3 now instead of day 2........The Dr. conducting the day 2 trial is not available ,so my RE wants to keep it at day 3..........I guess it was just meant to be.........

This is what is meant by destiny I guess......We were so confused as to what to do ,whether a day 2 or day 3, and it's like God's helped us out.......I think I'm sounding a little nuts here right?????/
