Well Girls I got the official BFP...My beta was 224, I go back Thurs for my 2nd beta...HOORAY
kke...CONGRATULATIONS I would say with those numbers it sounds like a BFP also...I cannot wait until Thursday to hear your numbers
tkh2008...You're driving yourself crazy, I say you have already got 2 positive HPT's, a faint line is still a line, so enjoy your BFP My husband was the same way...I got 2 positive HPT's but he wouldn't listen until the dr called...I cannot wait to hear your numbers either

I know I am so totally making myself nuts! Dh keeps saying "well we'll see what they say thursday" so he definately won't believe until the dr says so. It seems most on here go back 2 days later to have the 2nd test. My orders are for the 2nd test one week after the first. Then I go for ultrasound before they turn me over to my regular obgyn. I guess all clinics do things differently. But it seems it's important to know if the numbers double in the 2 days....

tkh2008...sometimes DH's just don't get it You just want him to be a little excited...men are just different creatures than us...LOL
I have also noticed that alot of clinics test very differently...I think once you get your beta Thursday you will feel much more relieved...

Thank you!! Dh has been so excited & it was his idea we get the room ready before we even had the transfer done! So I guess I expected major excitement when I told him about the hpt. He just wants "to be sure" so I guess it'll kick in soon. I hope they don't linger with the results thursday. Knowing my luck they won't call till friday!

Well I am wondering about twinges or cramps. They start early on for those who are really paying attention to everything little bit.

lynniecat...the only things I did have was cramping like AF was coming & i don't like coffee at all (I am a coffee junkie) it doen't make me sick I just don't like the taste, it happened my last pregnancy also, other than that I still have no symtoms...GOOD LUCK

I haven't really had any symptoms either. My breasts were majorally sore & look like they've grown but that was like 2 days post transfer so I know that would've been too early to be "pregnancy symptoms". I had minor cramping but it ended probably 5 days or so after the transfer. I had a tiny bit of pink then brown spotting that was only there for like 2 bathroom trips. That happened the night of me taking the first hpt that morning. Since then I just "feel" pregnant. No real signs or anything, just a feeling.
I am the worst candidate to be telling you to be patient because I have been horribly impatient. the 2ww is cruel & unusual punishment I must say. Mine ends tomorrow!! Yours will end soon enough. Good luck!!

Yeah the 2 ww is very cruel. I know that feeling of being pg and I do not have it. Today is 8 DPO. Still nothing. Yeah a weird pain or two, but nothing real. Was really tired, but less so today.
I think the massive HCG shots we take can give us the sore boobs! Then they recover as the HCG goes down from trigger and get worse again as our HCG climbs back up.
My doctor did say she had a good feeling about of the embryos as it was dividing quickly.

How many did you have put back and what days did you get your betas done? I got mine on 14 days after transfer (11/28 = 147), then 3 days later (12/1 = 432) and then 2 days later (12/3 = 966). I know numbers vary a lot and so do clinic protocol. They are doing my 1st US next Tuesday... I am 99.9 sure that I am having only 1 since the only way it would be mutliples is if they were identical since I only had 1 put back.
So if you have 2 put back & get twins does that mean they won't be identical? I'm not biologically smart. How do they confirm twins, the first ultrasound & the beta numbers or does it take several months to confirm multiples?? What determines if it's same sex twins or different sex twins? Is that just a luck of the draw thing like if it was a single??

hackney...GREAT NUMBERS...I cannit wait until Friday to confirm the Twin theory
lilmd...You also have some strong numbers and less than 1 week til ur u/s
tkh2008...they can confirm multiples at your first u/s which should be at week 6...granted all clinics vary but I think that's pretty much the same...the only way to find out the sex is usually during your u/s between 18-22 weeks, unless you did genetic testing prior to transfer...I could be wrong so if I am hopefully someone will correct me...GOOD LUCK TOMORROW with your beta
