jandc33, Don't worry about spotting I had spotting started 2 days before my beta but I got BFP I am sure you will be fine

Karen, don't be jalous to my M/S it is not fun at all. I can'y even work and I have to put something in my mouth all the time to not feel it. I hate all the food and force myself to eat. This never happened to me I love food

Hi everyone,
Sorry that I've been so MIA and sorry for no personals today. The last week was difficul it being the 1st Thanksgiving without my Dad and also my brother and sister-in-law's 1st anniversary. I also had a huge group project due that we just submitted yesterday - 96 pages!
I did however have a scare on Saturday morning when I woke up with bright red blood going on and they told me to right come in. I was supposed to go for b/w & u/s on Monday so it was bit early but my RE said everything still looked good. My little bean had doubled in size to 1.08 cm and he could see no bleeding anywhere in the uterus. He said it could just be unexplained bleeding though I think that's strange. We could not hear a heartbeat yet because it was too soon but my HCG number came back high (over 5,000 which they tell is where they stop counting it) and my progesterone was a bit low so even though they had lowered me to 1/2 ml they put me back to 1 ml. Oh those lovely PIO shots!
My next b/w & u/s is tomorrow and RE said he hopes we'll be able to hear the heartbeat then. I'm still nervous every day until then! Maybe the bleeding was just the other one that was transferred coming out? I haven't had any m/s yet and I believe I'm around 6 1/2 weeks. What about you guys? Is this normal? I feel like I should be feeling something by now. Just a bit of crampiness now and then. I read somewhere that 30% of women don't get m/s but those women have a higher change of m/c.

Well I triggered at 9:45pm last night...not too bad. My good friend is an RN so she gave me the shot. It felt weird showing skin to my friend but she was so happy to help. So far she is the only one I have confided in about this because I needed help with the shot and she has been very supportive. Tomorrow I go in for ER at 8:15am for prep and such and then into the OR at 9:30am or so. I am nervous but happy I am half way there. I am really happy I dont have to do shots tonight. I am beginning to feel like a pin cushion. I shouldnt complain. I hope I can sleep tonight. Thanks to all for the support and the suggestions about OHSS. I guess I read to much about it. I have made arrangements to rest all weekend so I think I should be good. I am going to have my ET next wednesday so I should be good.

I literally cannot get over it, I was having so much fear and anxiety I didn't even think it was possible. My beta was 60-is that good???? Nurse said it was great but I am still so nervous, more so now.

Quick question-I am trying to figure out these beta charts and I am so confused. Does anyone know a good one. Mine is 60 11dp5dt, is that on the low side or average? We tested kind of early-just trying to figure if we are dealing with more than 1 or not. I need to go relax & stop stressing-THANKS!!!!!!!!!
ladies, sorry i've been incommunicado the last few days... i think i felt that if i laid low i wouldn't think about the 2ww as much - you know try and keep my mind off things. i actually had been checking in and following people's posts but just not posting myself.
nothing really has change much for me being in 2ww-land. i spent 3 days on bed-rest after ET hoping to convince the embies that life with me was all about lounging around with warm blankets and pillows. that'd make me stick around but we'll see. then back to work and life.
the first few days of taking the vaginal suppositories i had horrible gas and indigestion like mad (TMI).. then my wrist spontaneously started hurting like i'd sprained it or something. i looked up side effects of the progesterone and joint pain was one so i thought maybe that what was going on there. then i had one day where i had a bad stomach ache and borderline nausea... my anxiety was off the charts that day and i noticed i was really irritable. then the last few days it's calmed down a lot like either my body is getting used to the progesterone or maybe it didn't work. i'm thinking it's more likely that it didn't work but that's mostly cause i've been ttc for so long. the ta-tas are still sore though.
i have one more week for the beta so trying to chill and relax about it all. so far no implanation bleeding, no spotting, nothing.

sloan88 - sorry about the hemotoma - hope it clears up super fast and sending out healing thoughts your way!
karen - so glad that you met with your counselor and it helped. i'm sure being packed with hormones isn't helping your anxiety levels much.
JDC - all pregnancies are different and just cause you don't feel any symptoms doesn't mean that it didn't work. remember your other PGs didn't take when you had symptoms so this BFP could be setting a new precedent!
KKE - congrats on your BFP!!!!!!! yippee!!!
jennjenn - congrats on all those follicles!
marynaz - sorry about the m/s! i'm sure you've tried this already but my friend swore by eating "ginger snaps". she'd keep a baggie with them in her purse and whip them out all the time. i thought snacking on them when you feel like throwing up is counter intuitive but i have to say once i watched her and he went from pale and green to totally normal 10 minutes after tossing back a half bag of ginger snaps.
waiting for 4 - wow, how exciting to hear a heartbeat!! very cool.

JANDC.... OMG, congratulations. & u were doubting it working. U see, everything turned out great for you and DH. And it is cause for big celebration. congratulations.
It's only 7pm here so I am going to sit in a watch a movie cuz it is freezing outside. And then I am off to get an early sleep cuz I have to wake up early and be at my clinic at 7AM (in 12 hrs) I am to nervous. I pray that I can come back and post tomorrow with great news.
