Hi, I am new to this site. I am 31 y/o with diagnisis of unexplained infertility. I have an almost 1y/o from second ivf. I have 4 frozen embryos and am having a transfer in Jan.

Hi jm108- Welcome! I have unexplained IF too... but I've found so much support on these boards. Feel free to join the Dec/Jan thread because a lot of women are going through this too and having IVF or ET in Jan.

I am new to the site also. I will have FET in January. Finished my first IVF in December with a BFN. Talk about a crummy Christmas present.

This will be my second IVF. what is your protocol? We are currently on Lupron 10ml.

I was on Menopur and Bravelle, then half way into added Ganirelix.

For the FET I'll be wearing Vivelle patches starting day 1 of next AF up to day 13. Then go in for u/s and labs to figure out what day transfer will happen.

Hi Espinozal-
I started on 10units Lupron too... Then after I got off birth control & AF arrived they reduced Lupron to 5units. A couple days later I added 225units Gonal-F. A few days before retrieval they reduced my Gonal-F. I just had ER on Christmas day and got 11 eggs. I found out yesterday that 8 out of 11 fertilized! I get to go in for transfer next Tues.

Hi all I'm also doing FET but not till Feb 2nd. We had 29 eggs and 19 fertilized. I'm not 10units of lupron, 2mg 3x a day of estradial and two V patches, this morning I went in for my u/s and bw and I was measured as 7. So I'm ready when ever they are, but the Embriologist wont be back in town till the 29th, so another hurry up and wait. good luck to you all!

I went to the RE on 1/23 and I measured 11, he told me to go back on 1/26 to do another u/s and find out when we will transfer. I am also on the 10units of lupron and 2mg of estradiol(x2 a day).

malya324--are you having any side affects?

does anybody know how many days of progesterone you do before FET?

I can't tell what side effects are from the lupron and what are from the estradial. We start the progesterone on the 28 and transfer on the 2nd. I am a crying, miserable mess, but that could be just me.

Hi....How crazy....I'm 31, already had one unsuccessful ivf and had my tubes removed. I had four frozen embryos and had them transferred last thurs 1/22/09. Good luck to you! I have to wait until 2/2 for the hcg level. This is stressful! I'm new on here too. I can definitely use the support!

Welcome!

I went to my b/w and u/s apt today and I have gone from 7mm to 4mm in three days, I am devestated, everything had been going so well.
They are uping my estrogen and pushing off my transfer, maybe the fifth. We will see friday if it is working, or we will have to scrap this cycle and try again next month. I hope everything goes well for you, you'll be in my thoughts.
