Frustrated with internet information

I just need to vent. I'm kind of upset right now, so if I say anything that is awful, please forgive me.
I'm just really tired and frustrated right now with useless internet information. I have encountered a lot of complications through this whole pregnancy process, and just once I would like to google one of these complications (like "cramping, pregnancy") witout getting 3,000 hits with MISCARRAIGE in big bold letters as the title, and no other useful information than what early miscarrage is all about, or ads for crap.
I don't need or want magazine subscriptions, blog subscriptions, or want to have coupons sent to me. I don't want to shop. I want some clear, easy to understand answers to the problems I am dealing with!
What little actual useful information out there seems to be very generic and seems to conflict from one site to the next.
Example of what I am dealing with - I have a placenta tear at 14 weeks. I want just some factual information on this. Apparently, I'm not the only one dealing with this, because I've hit about 100 blog sites with women asking the same questions I'm asking, and getting zero useful answers in reply. I don't have placenta previa, but apparently every search engine seems to think I have this or that I need to slog through millions of sights on miscarraige again.
I'm just really frustrated right now!

i was reading that with a placenta tear that they recommend that u rest for sometimes up to a week....if i were u i would google it under placenta tear & the go to other forum support groups have a lot of information.....good luck on your search...if you still are having problems pm me & i will give u a site that has only placenta tear on it
