I will be starting my 3rd cycle of ivf in February and like you im trying to get as healthy as i can for it. I felt there was no point in doing a detox myself cos where do you start so I found Vega testing brilliant as a detox. I just wanted to clear all the crap out and start afresh. It's a very simple non-invasive test which detects parasites, heavy metals, yeast, fungus, bacteria and Geopathic/Electromagnetic stress (environmental toxins/damage) in the body. My body was riddled with yeast and fungus and i also had the h-pylori bacteria in my gut which explains my IBS for years! The practioner i went to put me on a detox diet for a month including homeopatic drops, i stuck to it like a religion. I went back a month later feeling absolutely brilliant and my system was clear of everything. She gave me a list of foods that i was sensitive to so i could stir clear of them and recommended a lot of alternatives, she also told me that most of reproductive problems are usually down toxins in the body built up over years. I am also getting acupuncture to help with the next IVF so please God with all the changes it will be successful. I also know now probably why the other IVFs didnt work with the state my body was in even though i thought i was being healthy at the time!
I'm not sure where you live but you should have no problem finding a practioner in your own local area. Thats awesome! Im going to have to check into this! I definitly feel a huge difference after just 7 days of cleansing and Im doing a 14 day so Im sure I will feel like a new woman!! I just hope it helps because Im taking alot of time "off". I dont know if ill ever attempt IVF again! I gave it a go and it didnt work so I want to take care of me for a while. Thanks again for the info! Good stuff
