Tammy- Just noticed your age. Are you using donor eggs? My RE said that may be our next step. 4 failed cycles they are thinking it is the age of my eggs.

Brenda,

No, I am using my own eggs. My eggs were frozen right before I turned 42 and just before I got pregnant with DS. I got pregnant with my DS with my own eggs too. I had 2 failed IUI's and 2 failed IVF's before I became pregnant naturally with my DS, Andrew. We were waiting to do a frozen cycle and I had an HSG x-ray. DH and I decided to try on our own the one cycle that we had to wait for the frozen cycle and we got pregnant. I really think my problem had to do with my uterine lining and implantation. I always had good blasts to transfer, they just did not implant. I had the HSG x-ray just prior to this FET too. My RE said they do not know exactly why, but the pregnancy rates increase for a few cycles after having the procedure.

How long do you have to wait to get your pregnancy test? Mine will be 10 days after ET (12/22). I will not be able to keep myself from taking a EPT.

Take care all,
Tammy

Hey guys! No, I didn't POAS. I had my husband hide it from me. I'm just going to wait and hear it from the clinic. I've pretty much convinced myself that it didn't work anyway. I know I should be more positive, but I don't feel a thing. No symptoms and no "feeling". We shall see. Won't hear from them until late this afternoon/early evening. I'll keep you posted!!!

cocosmomma: I hope you are pleasantly surprised with a BFP!

My fertilized egg is not a 2 cell embie. My Embryologist said it is right where he expects it to be and it should be a 4 - 8 cell embie by transfer tomorrow.

Regards,
Tammy

Hi Guys- I am so sorry that i was MIA for a week and left everyone hanging.....
FIRST i want to congratulate cocosmama! CONGRATULATIONS ON YOU BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How exciting! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
you are much stronger than i not taking the HPT....

Hanckey- how are you feeling hon? YOur beta number are off the charts! When do you do a sono? And do you have your Due date???? I think you are carrying twins for sure :D

BarbB-welcome! don't be too discouraged, on my first IVF i had to wait a month after my ER becauce i was hyperstimualted and it all worked out in the end. i too am on a aspirn regime with the estrace- not sure why either..

Teachertam- GOOD LUCk TOMMORROW- Wishing you all the best!

Brenda how are you doing?
Sorry if i missed anyone...
speak to you all soon :)

Ok so to fill you all in on my crazy life- My computer broke down and my dh had to perform open heart surgery on it to get it working again and thank goodness he fixed it! Then an uncle of mine passed away and on top of all that my little guy DS got this really really bad stomach virus from school which wiped him totally out for 6 whole full days! I have never seen him so sad and miserable before. He didn't have any engery to even get himself off the couch and he wasn't eating a thing. Of course i was freaking out cause that is the last thing to add to this crazy cycle i am having! But thank goodness for now he is better and no sign of me getting the virus so keeping my fingers crossed.....
I went to the RE last wednesday and my lining had increased to 9 1/2 the estridiol cream i am putting on my arm 2x a day seem to be working better than the pills but i am still doing both. I went backagain for another lining check this past wednesday and my lining is FINALLY! a 12.4 :D :D :D :D so the FET is scheduled for Monday morning 8:30am! I am so excited finally my turn. I wanted to post so bad last week and make a joke that you all will have had your babies and i would be still taking estrace to get my lining thick but couldn't post since i didn't have time or access to post. i felt so out of the loop. I started endomitrium supp today 100mg 3 times a day and the steriod 2 x a day 10mgs. I am finally getting excited guys :)
