Mitch, the transfer you described sounds a lot like the ones I have, all at once and you can see the bubble gush in. So, I would not worry about that since he did it quickly. I worry, when the can not place it right and it takes 20 minutes.

So beta was very low at 14 DPO. This one won't stick most likely! :-(
It was only 34. I go back Thursday to check again...

Good evening, All!

So I have decided to do a back to back cycle. GULP!!! It was all fun and games until the pharmacy asked for my credit card for the drugs. We are completely UNinsured. Oh well, this is our last time and I just feel like now is a good time while things are slow in the office.....And my time clock is CLICKING. We might not have an option later.

Lynnie, A friend of mine who went to CCRM (and has been pushing me to go too) had a beta of 31 and is now 6 months pregnant with a baby girl!!!! I also read that low betas mean you could have a boy!!!! Stay positive!!! As you know, at this stage your betas just need to double. 31 is definitely within the wide spectrum of "normal".

I hope everyone else out there is doing well!

Hil -- I think I will do it again too, one last shot at CCRM if they take me. WHere are you doing back to backs and what does that mean? Also, why no CCRM?

Helen, awesome news on those heartbeats! YAY! Go beanies go!

I did another FRER today and its darker than yesterday, so I am trying to stay hopeful. It hard when the beta is so low!

Hello Ladies:

Helen: That is great news on your twins! How many embies did you transfer? I'm trying to remain positive about my single embie.

LynnieCat: If the line on the EPT is darker, that is a good sign. When I was pregnant with DS I was so paranoid about a miscarriage that I did an EPT every few weeks. It did get darker every time I did it, so that shows that it is detecting more of the hormone in your body. Therefore, your beta should be increasing. Keep the faith.

Kelly: Thanks for keeping my little beanie in your prayers.

Regards,
Tammy

I am still just taking Estrace. I will start taking Provera on Friday to bring on AF. Then i have us/labs followed by meds changes maybe depending on what they see. I will start Ganirelix on 12/26, Follistim on 12/29, Luveris on 1/2, go to St. Louis on 1/4 for first lab/us with Dr. A at which time they should tell me when to trigger and when retrieval will be. teachertam - I transferred 2 5 day blasts, one was a 5BC and the other was a 4BB. Stay positive, I was sure this time was a failure too but I just kept telling myself - THIRD TIME WAS GOING TO BE MY CHARM.

We have already decide that if one of the twins is a girl her name will be Charm.

My Embryologist called this morning. My little beanie is a 2 cell embie this morning. He said that it is right where he expected it to be and that it should be 4 - 8 cell embie at transfer tomorrow.

Hey guys,

Did another poas last night and it was a lot fainter...dang and I started passing more brown clots along with some read bleeding. UGH!

But I did my beta today and after 46 hours it rose to 96. So I went from devastated last night, to more hopeful today.

My next beta is on Monday. She wanted me to wait till day 20 in hopes of seeing a nice big rise.

Man, this is grueling!

Lynnie, i am so happy for you. Sending lots of sticky vibes your way. Spotting/bleeding is not uncommon in pregnancy. Try to enjoy the fact that you are pregnant and not worry about everything. Whatever will be will be so try and live in the moment. Believe me i know it is much easier said than done. lol
