I am pleased everyone is finding their way here. . . and it seems like everyone is doing well. I had a full scan yesterday and got the full results from my amino back. They tell me that it is 99.99% that the baby is total fine and there will be no problems so I just need to keep my legs crossed and keep it in there as long as possible!

I hope the others join us soon.
Jamie

P.S. Think I got this ticker thing sorted.

Bottles

Post by JamieP »

Hi Lisa,
I forgot to say about the bottles in my last post. I used Avent with my first baby but with my second I decided to use glass and since then there has been all this controversy about plastic bottles (being banned in parts of Canada and Walmart about to remove them from their shelf).

My doctor believes that may of the infertility problems today are caused by environmental factors and encouraged me to do what was easy to make changes in my kids lives. So I changed to glass bottles and my kids don't eat off plastic - both every easy things to do. I am also pretty strict about what they eat - basically they have very very little processed food. I make/made all their baby food and they have very little baked goods. I try to use organic where it is possible/reasonable.

Here are some web sites on the bottles - there are heaps of others though. The first site is very interesting for anyone interested in these kinds of things.

Jamie,
you go into the profile and paste it in the signature box. But follow Marina's directions about what to put in there and what to erase. It worked for me. I am off to bed for a few hours. So glad we are all back together. i was feeling detached from all of my girls. :)

Well I do like the site but I am blocked from getting on at work

Hope all the girls are doing well.

Nicole- Any possibility for IUI this month or is it a total bust? I see you are awaiting endo diagnosis, at least something is in the works. I hope all works out for you and you will soon be posting your bfp.

I had the WORST ever cramps and BMs this weekend and even had blood (I'm talking chunks)- SORRY if it's TMI.... but I'm giving gory details in case someone has been there..... SO, AF arrived on Sunday and this morning, I'm not bleeding AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so damn frustrated. I honestly cannot wait until tomorrow to grill my RE about all this sh*t.

I have strongly suspected having endo, but you know how good we can be at talking ourselves into and out of things..... well, at least in the next month or so I'll have a definitive answer (I HOPE).

IUI for this cycle, I have to believe is out of the question.... especially given I only bled for 2 days (DH said, yeah, but half of it came out of your ____! HA! So easy for him to make jokes), so I can't imagine I've had what they call a "good shed". I suppose it wouldn't hurt, though, come to think of it, since insurance would cover it at 100%, as long as I get my color change before 1/1. I'll try to keep an open mind.

Please pray for me?

xoxo,
Nicole

Hi everybody! Marina-I haven't logged onto the other site in a while but have finally found you guys. I am so glad that everyone is doing well.
Marina I cannot believe that one split into identicals!! What are the chances of that?? I think that is incredible! Anyway, are you going to reduce the twins or the singleton? It is a tough decision you are in right now.

AFM-I do not see the high risk doctor until the 30th!! They said they wait that long so they can see if the third baby has made it that far and then they will counsel me on reduction. So right now I am without doctor care which seems ridiculous since I have spent my days with my head in the toilet. I have taken off more days from work in the last three weeks than I have in 14 years of teaching. I am going to make an appointment with my regular OB today, because I am miserable and there has to be something that they can do for me.

Hi Ladies.....found the site. Now I have to figure out ticker/picture and it sounds complicated.

Lisa~ I use Dr. Brown's bottles for my twins. It was good for the reflux, gas, and spitting up. And I took all the old BPA bottles to babies r us and they gave me BPA free ones for no charge. Are the boys on a 3 hour schedule still at night? You will feel so much better and more energy once they sleep a little longer at night.

Jamie~ That is great about your amnio. Are you finding out the sex?

Marina~ Let me know if you want some info about reduction. Had to go through that myself.

Lili~ Got the birthday pictures.....too cute.

Lyly~Know you arent disappointed about the extra ultrasound. Never can have too many.

Off to work on the picture....and feed babies......

Hi guys,
Melissa,I'm so happy you finally found us,I was worry I'm going to be here alone with triplets... lol
It's horrible they just left you hanging until the 30th :x ,I had an appt on a next day after leaving my clinic, they didn't make me wait. And if you are considering reduction, they better hurry with your u/s and consult, you are going to be kinda close to the 12 week mark  In my case I don't know, last time we did not get any closer to figure out what happened there(the new doc thinks they are not identical) Hopefully,we'll know more tomorrow.
Nicole, maybe you should check before on endo,I know it's challenge to get PG with it.Hold on,girl!

Jade,I PM you, yes, of course have questions and if you can help with some info, would be good-I was surprised how little information out there on this subject :?
