Good Morning Ladies;

Foreverlove, we did PGD for chromosome abnormalities and also had the sex tested on all.. out of 14 normal, 11 were girls..We decided to put back all girls and by the gift of God we now have 3 strong lil ladies snuggled in...
I swear I still feel like I am going to wake up up and it all be a dream...

hi all, so i'm very scared. i could be miscarrying...or everything could be fine, i'll find out in a few hours.

came home last night & felt a trickle going down my leg, shocked it was blood, sat on the toilet and a gush of blood and a clot with tissue in it came out. went to the hospital,

ER doc thought the tissue was placenta, she could see my baby on u/s, and thought there was a h/b, but couldn't confirm it (no radiologist at night, and ER has shitty u/s equipment for 1st tri PG). her theory is that as i started with 2 embies, and my hcg's were high, that embie 2 had started a placenta, and this was it passing. my cervix was open but 'not gaping'... i was threatening to m/c the other embie. they checked my hcg, which is now 116,000 compared to 55,100 12 days ago.

i had 2 more large gushes of blood shortly after this. none since thank god. i couldn't be more scared, and ironically, today was the due date of our last pregnancy which i m/c'd in june. part of me thinks everything will be ok. i just had an u/s on friday the 12th and it was 'perfect'..so how could this be?

i'll find out in 3.5 hours.

karenvancouverisland - I am so sorry, just keep thinking good thoughts - hopefully the er was right and it was just the other embryo that was put back. You are in my thoughts and prayers - I am sure these will be the longest 3.5 hours. Hugs!

on another note, my MIL just pissed me off AGAIN. i had sent out a group email to family about our last u/s, and i'd mentioned that my nausea had been replaced with horrible headaches. i dont get WHY she felt the need to send me back a message saying 'your headaches must be because of a change in the weather"

WTF! soo.. right or wrong, i just sent her an email, that was about as PC as i get, saying that i felt uncomfortable with her seeming to diagnose my symptoms and discount them as related to pregnancy. i said i'd like to leave this to my OB, and would prefer her to just be there for us. GOD i'm pissed off. but i'm so glad i sent the email. i know email is not the best way to communicate this (which i said to her also), but i don't have the strength to phone her and do it, so if SHE can send me stupid emails, i guess i'm due to send her one that could be seen as contentious.

sorry for my RANT..i just feel disrespected.

karen no problem ranting to us - we've all been there with stupid comments from people. Please try not to stress about MIL or m/c because it could make it worse. Hang in there for the next 3 hrs!

Karen my good thoughts are with you. I am sure all will be fine and your results will confirm that all is fine and what they toldyou in the ER was correct and it was the other embryo. I await your good news.

Karen - Sending tons of P&PT's. Hoping in a few hours you get the call that everything is good. As far as MIL, tell her to Kiss off. Hehe

I now easier said then done. I will be checking back later to read the good news that your little baby is just fine.

Karen, my thoughts and prayers are with you that everything is fine in there. If it was a Baby#2... I am sorry for that loss, but it is nature taking it's course so that Baby #1 can benefit from all your nutrients. Saying a prayer for you.

Much Hope... I am so glad for you that Babygirl C has made a complete turn around. She is getting such a beautiful name as well.

Karen My prayers are with you right now - I just can't believe this. Lets keep positive and wait and see what happens. I'm sure this has been very scary for you. I will anxiously be awaiting your post when you tell us everything is okay. And please don't stress about MIL - hey, you said what you needed to say and that is good, so now there is no time for stress. Sending you so much love right now.

Karen Sorry to hear about this stressful situation, i know you must be really panicked by this, and of course the 'date' doesnt help either.... I know only good results will put your mind at rest, but try to stay positive. What they said in Er makes sense - it could well have been another embie that didnt make it - remember that your betas were so high we all thought there must be more than one!!! I will be checking later to see how you are, and for now FORGET your MIL, you do not need this lady right now

Foreverlove Funny you mention the breakouts! Last cycle i had sever e breakout on my face and chest and i am NOT a spotty person, and i was on the patches that cycle. And yes they do hurt to take off i think they are bonded by superglue, and good luck getting the excess off your skin!!! This time i am on estradiol tablets and no effects as yet.

Annie forverlove & Detroit To all my fellow 2 WW ladies, hope you are feeling ok. Detroit you are nearly up - its the 18th i think for you???? Are you going to do a HPT or stay strong??? How are you doing without DH? I hope your friend is looking after you

As for me i have decided to stay strong and not do a test. Last cycle i couldnt understand people who said that, i though 'i want to know right away' and i thought they were crazy, but after my BFN i totally understand and i cannot bring myself to see another negative, so i will wait. What have you ladies decided you want to do?[/b]

to_have_fun - I'm glad you are going to update the list.....and I'm doing great. I have my 1st u/s tomorrow, but we are expecting some terrible weather here in the northeast, so not sure if I may have to postpone it until Thurs. It is a 35 min drive to my clinic from home, then a 50 min drive from clinic to work, so not too bad, but bad if we have ice! I have not had anymore spotting and my sore boobies put my mind at ease.

Thanks again for doing the list - I would but the last time I tried it didn't work for some reason.
