Thanks Ladies... I am slowly getting my PMA back.... Dagnymichelle, you give me hope! I am soooo worried that I won't have anything to transfer come ET day. But if you did than maybe I will as well!!!
On a side note, our nurse mentioned that the RE "nicked my bladder" during the procedure so they asked me to look for blood in my urine. Has this happened to anyone? I can't help but come away from yesterdays experience a bit tainted.

My RE went over the risks of the procedure and injury to the bladder was one issue though I've yet to experience ER myself. I hope you're feeling ok and transfer goes well.

KMHTTC - NHY is right - it is a risk, but I have yet to experience it. Hopefully it is a small nick and will heal itself quickly (like a paper cut). Don't let it get your PMA down - remember, it could always be worse! My sister found out yesterday that she has both a rectocele and cytocele - both of these as a result of childbirth and will require surgery and much physical therapy. (you probably don't want to know what they are - but trust me....not good). When I heard what her diagnosis was it helped me find some more peace and PMA - this WILL happen - when it is the right time for me.

ann d. - I know how you are feeling. It is so hard to have a cycle with poorer results when you know your body is capable of more. I just got back from ER and my nurse was reminding me how every cycle is different, every body and nothing is a prediction and it is all in 'someone' else's hands. How true.

Well - finally a piece of good news from me. From the 5 follies I had, they were able to retrieve 4 eggs :D I'm off to take a nap now with dreams and visions of 4 strong embroys developing. GO EMBIES GO!

That's great news sprouthaus!! They will all grow strong. You're baby is one of them!!

anna d. and dagnymichelle - Just remember, it only takes one!!

not hopeless yet - I love the earrings! You might have a new product there that you can go in to business selling!

AFM - I got my second beta this morning. I was at the door when they opened so now I'm patiently (not) waiting for my phone call. I did another HPT and got a darker line so I'm kind of stoked but i don't want to get my hopes up if the numbers aren't increasing so I'm trying to be realistic and just wait.... wait... wait...

Wow, looks like everyone is busy.

Sprouthaus, so glad to hear you got your 4 embies. I hope all 4 grow big and strong. Your baby is in there, I know it. I will be thinking of them. As for Seinfeld, I do know that episode. Hilarious :-).

Gigi29 - I can't wait to hear your #s. You are starting us all off on a positive and that is great!!!

NHY - wear those earrings for all of us!!!

KMHTTC - hope you are healing well and feeling better.

Annd - I will be thinking of you tomorrow. Hope you get many little follies.

Hope everyone else is hanging in there.

I am trying not to, but I am scrutinizing every little headache, cramp, etc. The progesterone always gives me headaches, but I also get them before my period comes. I started with the headaches last night, but I am still trying to keep up the PMA. I am trying to tell myself it doesn't mean anything, but it is so hard.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to post an update. I just returned from my 5-day transfer. We put back only 2 of course. My doc told DH that we have a 35% chance for twins and an 80% chance for a singleton but we'll see at our first beta scheduled 12/29. I have PMA and am going to try and keep it up during the 2WW . It shouldnt be a problem. We should have about 3 out of 6 embryos left over to freeze but we'll find out the exact # tomorrow. I'm very excited to be in the 2WW finally!

Oh Kyli - please don't give up hope yet. There are many postings on this board of women who had negative HPTs and then got a positive. Stay cautiously optimistic.

I know how you feel. It hurts. There aren't other words for it.

The pain we feel is really so hard.
