Hi everyone, we seem to be ok! I am sorry i did not post earlier but after my scan yesterday i has such a backlash from the stress i got a tremendous migraine which lasted through the night and morning and has left me just now. I even thought about all of you worrying through the fog of pain but could hardly open my eyes. But anyway, here is what happened, my doctor did the scan and there both babies were, hearts beating and grown since last week! We could both barely breathe. the blood was also to be seen in the uterus but it was nearer 'the exit' than the babies so it seemed ok. and it is gradually stopping now.
I am ashamed to have been in so much panic but my m/c started just like this last time, i could not get it out of my head.
thanks so much again for all the support, it hels so much not te be alone in moments like these.
love to all,
juliana

Phew what a relief - this is fantastic news - I thought it might be something like this - did they say what the blood might be and are you to expect more or is it just old blood? What a relief for you. I have been going crazy wondering what had happened but did not like to keep posting things up incase............
Take special care of you and twinnies
Love

Fantastic news Juliana, see, a bit of bleeding isn't always the end of the world, now continue to take care, and hope you shift that nasty migraine, all you need!

Hurrah for some good news!

Tracey,
they did not offer any explanations, my doctor muttered something to the effect of 'there are many theories why this happens'and so many things going on in the uterus...Somehow one wishes to have had some explanation then we could have some illusion of conrol. the blood was bright when it started and now it is really dark, almost like a period really. I just hope it does not happen any time soon, dp and i can really do with a few calm days ...

Hi Juliana,

Don't seem to get on here often at the moment. I've just read your post and great news things seems fine - and don't be silly about panicking - it goes with the territory - you're only human :D

All I can say is like many others, I bled too - very often for the first 14 weeks, and less regularly after that. It's hard not to freak out, but there are so many reasons why you may have, the only thing to do is to get it checked every time. It's the lack of control I think that gets to everyone...

Anyway, take care

Hi Juliana
I am thrilled to read your post to know that everything is ok. Now try to relax a little, though I know how hard that is! We've got our 8 week scan tomorrow and I'm really nervous, even though I feel sick and dog tired most of the time.
Love, Michelle xxxx
Our darling son Jake was born in October 2004 on our 3rd IVF attempt. I have PCOS. We're now trying again naturally, before embarking on our next FET IVF possibly late 2005... so watch this space!!!

Thats fantastic news, I'm so pleased that everything is ok. Put your feet up now and relax and get rid of that horrible headache. It's probably been brought on by all the stress you've had over the last few days.
Take care off yourselves!!
