Ha Ha, Nickster...you finally get to have a ticker and you can't make it work!!!! I am laughing!! I think it took me like 10 tries, too. I think it has to do with what part you copy and paste! Hopefully you can get it added. And thanks on Noah - the little boy has these huge cheeks, but he isn't fat...poor thing has a major spit up problem, so it has been tough to keep the weight on him. But he has these chubby cheeks!

I had a not so good Dr. Appt. today. They still can't get the heartbeat on a doppler. She wasn't worried about it and said I could have an ultrasound if I wanted, but they couldn't get me in till tomorrow and so I declined. I am leaving today. She said when I get back next week if I am still worried to call her and she would get me in. She detected movement on the doppler and said the baby was just shooting around and it was too hard to pin down. I freaked out b/c I heard the HB with our daughter at 13 weeks. Anyway, we find out the sex in 3 weeks. I am excited about that. I feel it is a girl.
Ya'll have a Merry Christmas and I will check in when I can!! I will prob. update the blog more though so you can check that if you want! Take care girls!!
Jenn~ Now it's my turn to give some reassurance! Trust me when I tell you, as an OB nurse, those little ones are hard to get on the doppler at that point. In addition to L&D, we also have lots of patients that come in for urinary things, surgery, etc. Sometimes we're able to get them with a doppler but a lot of times we have to do an ultrasound. So try not to stress my friend, everything is just fine.
Have a good trip!
I'm doing just fine. I'm just waiting for next Tuesday for our US. I've still had some spotting. It's not much, though, and it's still that "old" stuff ao I'm not too worried about it. I have cramps from time to time but not much of those anymore either. I actually had some nausea yesterday evening, not sure if it's from the extra hcg I've been taking or not. I guess we will soon find out.
And Tina....thanks for laughing about my ticker trauma!! I am so computer illiterate it's not even funny!
Just wanted to wish every one a Merry Xmas! Thanks for all the laughs and support this year, you have been fab.
Jenn, listen to Nickster, she is clearly an expert! Sorry to hear you are having an anxious time though, that suks. I have been checking out yor blog, love it.
Nickster, given up on the ticker??? Sounds like you are about on par with me with computer literacy. See how I am about 100 weeks pregnant, nothin I can do about that...
Tina, Noah is absolutely gorgeous! Loved Loved Loved your Xmas pics. I think we should all post some soon, would love to catch up on everyonés progress.
Mego, how is Lucy going? She must be running around like crazy now. Rio is just taking his first steps now, so cute.
Robbo. How are you doing. I loved your threat to ban the christmas party. I'm sure you got some pretty darned good behaviour out of your kids after that one.
Vicky??? How are you going back at work?
Sassy, in case you are reading, love your blog and wish you all the best over Xmas.
Angie, in case you get to sneak on a computer over in England, Merry Xmas and look forward to hearing your holiday stories.
I'd better be off, I have a mill things to do today and am somehow also sposed to be working from home as well...
Fionna- So good to hear from you. WE never did hear how Rio's 1st birthday party went. Did you invite EVERYONE????? I am sure he has changed so much lately. You will need to post new pictures (unless you have done so in the past week) of your adorable son.
Jenn- Hey, I am sure you posted your blog address here, but I can't seem to find it. Would you post it again for me?
Nickster- I am still just so happy for you. I am sure you wake up every morning with the biggest smile on your face. When is your scan? Do we know for sure how many are snuggling in?
Tino- I must admit I have not had a chance to look at Noah's pictures. I will do that here quickly. His other pictures are so adorable, I can only imagine.
So have you been having thoughts of number 2 yet?
As for me, I have been back and forth on trhing again. WE have already invested so much money and time into this. A huge part of me says we are done. A few weeks ago a co-teacher told me of someone she knows being pregnant and considering adopting the baby out. I just blurted out that I would adopt it. I decided it was a total God moment as that is not something I would normally do. So we will see what happens with that. Then I have really been praying for God to give me guidance as to what to do. Well, last night I had a dream that I took a HPT and I was pregnant. So.....
I just don't know what to do. God needs to do a little more work with me before I can commit to anything.
Anyhow.....I hope everyone has a very merry christmas, and a wonderful new year.

Hi all....hope everyone had a great Christmas!! We did, but busy as usual! My parents stayed with us from Christmas Eve to yesterday so it was pretty interesting hiding everything and doing my shots without them knowing!
We are patiently awaiting our first scan on Tuesday morning. I finally got rid of my spotting a few days ago and still have had some cramping way down low in the front from time to time.
Christmas Eve I started getting hives on my legs which of course scared us to death because of the first round of IVF. We were sure that was why that time didn't work. It was after my 2nd dose of hcg that they put me on to help the lining. So, we called the exchange and they said to take Benadryl and try to keep taking the hcg but call back if it continues. So 2 more doses later, I had hives everywhere on my legs even with the Benadryl. So we have stopped taking the hcg and will talk to the doc Tuesday at the appt. Not sure if it was that or not but the timing seemed right. I still have the hives sometimes but I have been taking Benadryl around the clock and they're a lot better.
Robbo~ I know what you mean, before this round of IVF, I felt like I was begging God for some direction. Eventually, we found this doctor and the whole thing just felt right. I really believe when the "right" thing comes your way, you'll know. I will keep you in my prayers!
Talk to everyone soon. I'll let you know how the US goes on Tuesday.
Nickster - Sorry to hear about the hives, but so glad you are doing well. I can't wait for Tues!!!
No time for personals, but hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!! We sure did - I felt sooo blessed. Noah loaded up on so many gifts!!
I am going to post some new pics right now.
Talk to everyone later!

HR - thanks forthe compliments on the photos. Sometimes I wonder how many picture we will take by the time Noah is 1 year old!
Ok everyone - need advice: Did you let your babies cry it out to teach themselves to sleep? I am so torn up over what to do. Please let me know your thoughts.
