Hello to all the lovely ladies - old and new!
Just a quick msg to say hi and that you are all in my thoughts often. I don't check in much anymore, the twins keep me busier than I ever anticipated!! Anyways, all is well and we still thank god for our miracles. Xmas was always a painful time for us and after celebrating our first with our 5 month old twins this xmas, I was once again overcome with emotion which prompted me to make time to pop by and say hi to you all. The feelings that encompass our journeys never leave us.
Kiana is still in her full body plaster (hip spica). She's been in some kind of brace basically since birth. Her hip dysplasia has made things very tough, especially with 2 babies to care for but HEY I'm not complainin!! 3 weeks to go and I'll have my baby girl back and we can all go out as a family. I'm so excited!
Wishing you all a happy new year and sending all the love and a bit of luck thrown in to you all from across the miles.

PS My 42 year old friend who was on her 14th IVF attempt finally gave birth to her baby boy in Oct! She was diagnosed with a dangerous condition involving the placenta at 32 weeks and was admitted to hospital straight away. She delivered at 36 weeks to avoid going into natural labour which would have caused her to lose the baby. What a journey! Hallelujah!!
