Hil: I'm so sorry to hear about your BFN. Maybe we will get preggo naturally. I know I sure shocked my RE and Embryologist last time when I got pregnant with Andrew.

Renee: Thanks for the posting the photos. Your son is adorable. He looks like a big boy. I've been to that park by the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Kelly: How are you? Give us an update please :D

I have been like a mad woman charting my ovulation. So far the ovulation predictors have shown negatives, but DH and I are not taking any chances.

Hello to everyone else.

Regards,
Tammy

Oh, I was SOOOOO hoping for a surprise 13dpo positive...BUT no, I got the same old "one line" (negative) from FRER.....:-( Game OVER.
Now what? I promised my husband I would not look into anything else for at least a month....BUT my biological time clock is in emergency alert mode and I feel I must AT least "have a plan". Oh boy.

Anyway, Kelly I hope you feel better!!!!!! And how are your follicles growing?

Big hello to everyone!!!
Hugs,
Hil

Thanks, Tammy!!!! I guess now my plan will be the old fashioned way. I did get pregnant two other times (last year) that way... Unfortunately, I miscarried both times at eight weeks....Oh, why does this have to be so difficult?

lynniecat,
Thanks. According to the first beta on Dec. 31st. and lmp (nov 29) doc says it puts me at 4-5 weeks. first beta was 5000. I am doing another beta tomorrow. Seven days later. I was wondering why they didn't do one sooner, but oh well. I dont know beta stuff but the nurse said 5000 is a good number and goes along with the lmp. I have my first ultrasound next Thursday. I will keep everyone updated.

Take care to all. I wish you the best of luck in this adventure we are all on.

Hil -- THAT SUCKS! Hey did you save the test and look at it hours later by chance. You are not supposed to, but I always do and I got my second line that way. MY day 14 HCG was only 34 which would make it barely detectable on day 13 (as it was). I mean the faintest of faint lines. Seriously, I would try on more HPT on day 14. Do you still "feel" like it worked? Oh and keep your meds up till you get your beta (though I know how much it sucks to take em when its a BFN). I came VERY close to stopping mine on day 12 this last time...

Hi All,
Unfortunately, I got my . today. :-( At least I had been expecting it since day 8. ;-) Anyway, I promised my husband I would not talk about next steps for at least a month....BUT, I think I am going to try and talk him into ONE more try at CCRM, after my body has a chance to recover. I just feel like we are so close....2 miscarriages.2 Chemical Pregnancies...I just want ONE BFP to stick!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!

Okay, thanks for listening ladies, and for holding out hope for me!!!!!!

So, enough about me, how are you all doing?

Hugs,
Hil

Yes, I vote for one more try at CCRM.

My memory is shot, did you go there this time? Also how many embryos and what quality do you usually get?

Hil, Sorry, that is such a B----! Take care.

Any updates from Kelly????

I think I snookered myself, went reading on the net and kind of scared myself into thinking this is all a big waiste of time (and money).

I can't seam to find any references anywhere so I will just ask here.
Please take pity on me let me know where I stand age wise compared to you who know it all....

So I am 41, never been PG, FSH is 5.3 but estrogen ranges from 80-100 on day 3, sometimes the occational cyct, BMI is 26.
DH is 55 but great count, normal motility and all the rest.
I formed 6 mature follicles with 225 of gonal F so my RE has got me on a regular long protocol. I am not so sure about that what do you think?
I generally have about 9 follicles on day 3, although my right ovary is a major slacker and never produces much. I am doing a day 5 transfer (if there is anything to transfer) and ICSI with half of all mature follicles.
My lining normally went up to 1.0 during the IUI can I expect it to grow more now since I will be on preogesterone from ER to ET? I have very long but regular cycles (I understand that is a good thing) My mother had her periods until 54. I was always a late developer, got first AF at 14.
How do I compare with your stats?

I am just having a nervous nilly kind of a day....
41, unexplained (plain old) fsh 4.7
DH 55 lots of good swimmers
3xclomid BFN
3xIUI BFN
First and last IVF:
A) canceled due to low response on day 3
B) Negative beta April 06/09
