hi NY !!!!! i'm so excited! this is very cool- i'm glad our board is staggered in terms of where we're at with this goal to be PG...i'm vicariously reliving through you now, and it's kind of the inspiration i need right now.

it's hard for me to just be 'excited' about my next pregnancy steps- i have too much apprehension. but i guess since i've now made it to BFP's 2x, i know that stage of the game and feel very excited about this for you, and it renews my excitement about making it this far.

hope that made sense.

so i'm not feeling comfortable telling all my coworkers yet, BUT i've obviously gained weight, and some of them know and aren't being as discreet with their comments as they should be, so i think i will just rip off that bandaid and tell them all. it's getting too uncomfortable for me with NOT telling. i love them all, and feel guilty that some know, and others don't. wish me luck :D

otherwise it's been a hard week with my back being really sore (it feels like my spine is stretching apart), and i've had some late- nausea (thought that was over!?)..and my FIL is working hard on finishing our basement and i'm cooking alot more than i otherwise would to keep him fed and happy..that's the price i pay with wanting this basement finished before the baby, but it's hard after a long day at work when i just want to be lazy and eat toast for dinner.

hope everyone is well, hi and love to all, karen

Hello ladies, I have a mixed blessing. The bad news is that my bleeding was from miscarrying baby c. He/She stopped growing last week so we are pretty sure it is absolving.

The good news is they will no longer talk about fetal reduction to me, not that I would, its not the right choice for me. However, now the two left are growing on target and will have a better chance of survival.

babyhope Twins will be a lot easier and safer thats for sure, but i'm still sorry about baby C.... I know i would feel safer and more confident with twins, but now i have lived with the triplet idea for a few weeks i know i would be sad if we lost one now, so i am thinking of you....

You sound like you will be ok with this new development and at least you have a reason for your bleeding, and i have seen it a few times - triplets become twins, and i'm happy that you will still get to have 2 beautiful babies :)

I am OK with it, I miscarried twins before so no more this time however, they never saw a heartbeat, possibly because it was furthest from the cervix and the vaginal u/s couldn't pick it up last week (week 6) or there never was one, they didn't even see Baby C in my first scan after the bleeding, the pregnancy was introduced as twins so triplets was hard to get my mind around, especially when there were problems off the bat. It was always a question so I didn't get the hopes up.

Thank you to all who responded to my DHEA question. I started taking 50mg in the am and 25mg in pm. I am at a standstill right now with everything.... I have used up all my insurance coverage for now, we are trying to save money for another cycle, and I'm also looking into foster adopt. I figure it does not hurt to start the process because we really want more than one child anyway. Nothing is definite at this point.

Good luck to alll the wonderful ladies on this board!

NY, are you going for ET tomorrow? I was thinking you said 5-day transfer and you went for ER Monday. How are things going?

Karen, I'm also starting to get a pooch. I'm wearing my same clothes with no problem but may need to start looking at some stretchier options in the next month or so. How did it go with telling your co-workers? And how's that basement coming along?

Babyhope, sorry to hear your news about baby C but you seemed prepared for the news, and your other 2 sound like they're healthy and doing well. You must be a bit relieved that you weren't faced with any difficult decisions.

Kas, you feeling okay these days? I can't remember, when is your next u/s?

JDC, good luck with your plans to foster adopt, and saving for another cycle too. I've vented before about insurance coverage and would love to see the day that they covered all treatments with no limits. Best wishes to you.

Chris, what's the latest with you and the bcp's? Also, how's the studying going?

Wonderance - Thanks for asking. I have 4 more days of BCP. Hopefully, I will get AF next week and should be stimming by Feb 1. YEAH!!!! I am still trying to get my drugs. I am so grateful for insurance coverage but the insurance companies are a PITA. Glad to see that your pregnancy is going well. Soon none of your clothes will fit but that is a good thing because you know then your little bean is growing quite nicely.

Kas - You have U/S tomorrow right? Can't wait for you to see your little beans again.

babyhope - Sorry to hear about baby C but from what I have heard, a twin pregnancy is so much easier.

NY4thTry - Good luck at ET and in your 2ww. Keep us posted.

Karen - So did you tell your co-workers? For me telling my co-workers will the the hardest. I work with all guys so I know they will give me lots of crap. I have only one co-worker that even knows I am TTC.

JDC
- I was good to hear from you. Glad you are looking towards the future. Hopefully the DHEA can help you out like it did Karen and Kas.

Hope everyone else is doing good. I have been lurking the boards but just don't feel like posting. I need to find my PMA for my next cycle but I can't seem to find it at all. It is buried really deep inside of me and doesn't want to come out and play. I hope to be in a better frame of mind once I get my happy package of drugs and I get the wonder news that I get to start stims.
