My embryologist called this morning...we have 9 embryos! Yeah! He will biopsy them on Saturday. I like that they call every morning to keep us updated.

Kcraven: I am still hurting a lot too. It's really hard to stand up straight because of the cramping. I definitely couldn't have gone to work today. I'm okay as long as I don't move :). Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm trying to drink a lot of water/powerade to prevent OHSS. Did you say you are nauseated or not? I'm not. I've been able to eat just fine (although it seems like my pain increases after eating because of a full stomach). You should read the symptoms for OHSS & see if you think you might be getting it. I don't want to scare you, but you shouldn't overlook it either. I'm sure you're fine. Let me know!

shelly: I meant I do feel nauseated. That started this afternoon. I looked up the symptoms of ohss and I guess it is possible. I do not have diarrhea. I'm not sure about weight gain. I haven't weighed myself in about 2 months. I do not feel any better then when I left the hospital yesterday. I would think it would have gradually gotten better. Congrats on the 9 embies!!! That is awesome. Well I am going to go lay back down and pray that I get to feeling better so I can make it to work tomorrow!!

Hello Ladies!!

I had my ET today. What a wonderful thing!! DH and I both started crying when the embryos went in. A flash of light!! I had 2 transfered. 1- 8 cell and 1 - 6 cell. He called the 6 cell a hot shot bc even tho it is a 6 cell it has already developed into the next stage which he says is a good thing. They had to do assisted hatching which makes me feel even better.

I wasn't aware of how "high risk" we were until today. They were all very worried that I would not have good quality eggs bc of my profession. I am a nail tech and being around all of the chemicals can do a lot of damage to the eggs. He said that yesterday they were cheering from one side of the building to the other when they seen how the eggs where developing! That was the reason they did the assisted hatching was bc the outer shell was a little hard. We have been married for 19 yrs with no bcp ever! They said between our ages, my job, DH morphology and the length of time we had been trying it was looking pretty iffy but now our outcome is very promising. I am soooo blessed!

Dh has been rubbing my belly every since the tranfer. He's so excited!

Tburks... congrats on ET. I will keep my fingers crossed for you so that you may get your BFP. Isn't it wonderful how DHs get. mine was like that too, rubbing belly, he would tell me how are my babies doing. You have a well deserved BFP coming, especially after 19 years. God Bless.

shelly... 9 embies, thats awesome. Let us know how they do on saturday. Good Luck.

Rosario... 10 eggs for you that is also great. I have so much PMA this time around. I hope I get so many eggs this time, with only 4 last time and only 2 fertilizing... I really hope I get that many. Good Luck.

KCraven... 10 embies, wonderful. As for your your pain, make sure u r dringing that water. I was sore from ER for about a week, I couldn't lay on my side or stomach. My left ovarie was a llittle over stimulated but RE told me to drink alot of water and I did.. so I beleive that helped it ease. Good Luck and I hope u feel better soon.

ct_michele... I am so sorry u have to go thru this. I don't know what I can say. But it is better to control it now especially your blood pressure. You don't want to have these problems when u get your BFP. Good luck michele, let us know what happens.

jennLB... I will not be offended at all. It helps me alot, especially cuz I want everyone to know the status of the ladies and the progress. Like I said I try to keep updated but this forum is really banging and it is hard to keep up. I love the fact that all the ladies are supporting each other and making this ride so much smoother for all of us. As for you doing an HPT... if u can hold out until Beta. It is much more exciting... one thing I will change though is, I will NOT go to work that day. I went last time and when I got my results, I was so devasted, I had to leave work in tears. And since no one knew what I was going thru... hey must have thought I was nuts. besides, I realized that if I did get my BFP, I would rather be at home with my DH so that we can celebrate from the moment I get the news. I'm glad your sweeling went down. I had to put rubberbands through the loop and tie around the button so that they can fit me. It took a little longer for me though so congrats on that. Headache is gone now, just have this bad tickle in my nose... it's aggravating.

I dont know if any of ya'll were in the old group with me when i got my 1st BFP but I had pretty bad OHSS after ET last time too. when I went in to get scanned to check, my RE told me that while he didn't like to say anything bc he was wrong sometimes, he did see something in my uterus that looks like an embryo had latched on and was growing. it turned out he was right that time, obivously...

well ladies- he saw 2 yesterday :) I know it means absolutely nothing right now bc even if it is my little guys and not normal spaces in my uterus, I could still end up with a BFN but gosh my PMA is crazy good right now :D

Ya know ladies, I kinda like the use of the turtle  in the tickers, slowly crawling toward that goal. It definitely represents the SLOW CRAWL of time during the TWW . This TWW is starting to get to me and I'm only 4 days in.

Man, I've never known time to go SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow.

Good Morning Ladies..... I did my last BCP yesterday... Yipee!!! So now I just wait for my AF to arrive so I can start stims. This is great, so far so good. I am still doing 20u Lupron so that still sucks, but Im a pro at doing my shots already. My head ache is completely gone for now, but I still have the tickle in my nose and it is stuffy. I have been very emotional today... I cried this morning cuz my DH forgot to put gas in the truck so I had to stop and put gas on my way to work. I feel so dumb. I have never cried for that before. Then I read my horoscope today... "Cancer- Today the moon is in my sign which will make me a bit more emotional than usual." Go figure... :? Anyway, so how are you lovely ladies today.

Mandeekins... any news yet? Can't wait to hear your results. My fingers and toes are crossed for you. Good Luck.

Waiting... Sounds very promising. God I hope he is so right. 2 little beans. How lovely. Well in 11 days u will know for sure. So r u thinking of POAS now??? Huh???

Barbd... Sweet Story. I guess cramping is a good sign, as long as it is not extreme. So r u thinking of POAS? U have 10 days left for Beta. Good Luck to you as well.

I just know this will be a very lucky forum.... look, so far 3 BFPs in a row and with Mendees today that will make it 4 BFPs in a row... what r the odds.

Good Luck to everyone.

lady j- you are such a bad influence! haha no I am not even considering POAS. I just dont think I could deal with whatever the answer came back to be :)

I still have yet to hear what happened with my other 3 embies. My clinic only freezes blasts so who knows what that means. last time I found out on day 5 that none survived and today is day 7... wish they would get back with me. I called the nurse yesterday and left a message for my dr this morning. I hope its good news. I would love to have some frosties for backup this time.

LoL... Me, a bad influence??? Sorry, I didnt mean to be. Actually I am ot a POAS'er. Last cycle I held out and this cycle I plan on holding out as well. Try calling the nurse again... but tell whoever answers that u already called yesterday and left a message so u waould like to know now if possible. I hope u get some frosties too. I wish I had some from last cycle, it would have been so much easier... this time I am praying that I do get some also.

Good morning Jenn!! :)
