Well, maybe I did not look at the test in good light. I went back much later and looked at it again, and there is a very faint line, and you can only see if holding it under a light. So who knows. I also found something interesting on another message board I was reading on that y'all may find interesting.

Someone posted it so I am not sure how credible it is.

What happens after a Day 3 Transfer?

1dpt.. Embryo is growing and developing
2dpt.. Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt.. Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt.. Morula is completely implanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
8dpt.. Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9dpt.. More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt.. More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt.. HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

Chris~I've got my fingers crossed for your IUI! I think you made the right choice saving your 3 rounds of IVF for cycles with more eggs. And I have seen a lot of ladies get pregnant from IUI recently. Especially after a series of IVF cycles--I think all these drugs coursing through our systems shake things up in the fertility department! I sure hope this is your time.

Rosario
~100% fertilization is outstanding!!! I hope you have a smooth transfer.

Rosie and Molly~ Hang in there. The dreaded 2WW will be over soon! Here's hoping you both got your BFPs!

Kimbob~I know they use the synarel spray as regular protocol in Australia--seems to work great! It's nice that they offer you a choice.

I am on day 4 of stims and feeling a lot of action in my ovaries! I am also feeling cranky. Poor DH--I've been on his case for playing too much World of Warcraft during my stimming phase. He's probably just trying to hide away from the crazy fertility lady! He did bring me flowers which was very sweet.

molly23, well I am going to join your club cause I POAS did morning as well. That negative line came up quickly but then this faint other line started to come up so I am going to just follow everyone's advice and wait. Plus what you just posted about the 3 day transfer makes alot of sense. So lets not worry and keep up the PMA

Hi everyone. I haven't posted in a while since I haven't actually started the process yet but I have been read the post everyday. You all have taught me so much! I do have another question. I am scheduled to start Lupron on 2/13, my cycles are very irregular and I could not do BCP due to HB Pressure now I am on day 16 of this cycle and it seems AF is about to come AGAIN cramping for 3 days and spotting today. Is this going to mess up my cycle? Do you think I can still start my Lupron on 2/13? I am so ready to get started I hope this doesn't interfere.

Hello Ladies... Lady_J is in da house...LOL. Sorry, I just had the urge to say that... Well, I havent logged in in 2 days and wow, u ladies r busy. Hopefully i can catch up. Hope eveyone had a good weekend. As for myself, I was done on thursday with BCP, so I am on day 3 with no BCPs, and I am still waiting for AF.. aarrgh. The wait is unbearable, but i am trying to keep my mind of of it. We went to see Coraline in 3D yesterday.. it was awsome. I have never seen a 3D movie like that in my life. The whole movie was actually 3D. It was amazing and sort of scary  . So now i just wait for AF to arrive... my daughter actually got hers again today so that kept my mind of of it for a little bit.

Lets see....

Chris.... So u went for IUI instead, I feel that was a wise thing to do. With the way your cycle was going, I thought u would make it to ER, but with only 3 follies, I would have went the same route. Have fun BD all day and with your IUI tomorrow. I send lots of baby dust your way. So u r officially in the 2WW... Good Luck hun, I will keep my fingers crossed.

Mandeekins... 893, wow, that is a high Beta. For sure it has to be twins. Congrats hun, so when is your first US?

amfmbaby... Sorry about the cyst. I hope it's nothing and u can continue your cycle. Good Luck hun.

Shelly... Good Luck tomorrow at your ET. Hope everything goes well. Sending sticky baby vibes your way.

Rosario.. Welcom to the 2WW, u r offically PUPO. So when is your Beta scheduled for? Good Luck hun.

Kcraven... I am glad the REs advise worked about the sodium and your pain is gone. Good Luck tomorrow at your ET. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Molly and Barb... So u ladies POAS, well, as other ladies say, it is too early to rely on i t, but at least we know your trigger is gone, and that faint line, I am hoping & praying it is a BFP for you ladies. You ladies have a few more days for Betas.. Good Luck.

Waiting... As for the BD in the 2WW. I have heard many stories. My RE told me no BD until Beta and even then until US if BFP. Other ladies have said that they were told that the semen helps with implantation, but then orgasms in ladies are not good. So ask your RE or do what u feel is right. I always take the alternative route and please my DH in other ways  , So that should hold him out for a few weeks, he'll understand. Good Luck with whatever u decide.

SueQiwi.. congrtats on starting Stims... I hope u get alot of eggs with this cycle. Good Luck.

Hopeful~n~09... Congrats on starting Lupron on the 13th.

Well ladies, I hope I didn't miss no one and if I did, sorry. I am going to try to update the schedule now. TTYL.

Good morning ladies.

i had a hard time sleeping last night worried about this progesterone. The shots don't make me sore anymore and I had read online that you were suppose to take 2cc's and I only take one. Soooo I called and talked to nurse this morning and she said I was taking the right dose and that the progesterone goes into the uterine lining so a blood test can't tell them what they need to know other than whats floating around in the blood but studies have shown that i am getting the right amount. How many cc's are you all taking? I am taking 1cc.

About the POAS thing - my RE told me not to and said that a girl had POAS the day b4 she had her blood test and it was BFN she was so upset she went out and got drunk. when she came in the next day for the blood test it was BFP ---- moral of the story , POAS ain't always accurate!!

I have to say. however the thought was entering my mind this morning

i got nausous (sp) last night. I made a roast and i ate a little bit of it but the more i ate the sicker i got and then the smell was making me sick. i had DH clean up the kitchen for me cause i couldn't even stand to be in there. I'm taking that as a good sign.

On that list of what happens each day - i had assisted hatching so i wonder if that would change the sequence a little??

Tburks- I also only take 1 cc of the PIO, so I guess that is normal. I was kind of concerned too, when I saw online that others take 2cc. I guess we should trust our doctors. What did your doctor say when you said you were concerned about the embies inside you.

As far as symptoms I have none, and even the mild cramping went away, but sometimes I feel a little twinge of a pain. I am nervous that my beta is this Friday, and I so want a BFP.

Oh and of course I POAS again today, and had such a faint line that you can only see under a light. It was so light I wonder if it could be an evaporation line. I know I cannot help it.

Well, today is the big day! ET here we come! I am going to acupuncture this morning and then again tomorrow. It can't hurt! I'm SO nervous to hear the results of the genetic testing!! I really hope at least 2 are normal. I just got the phone call this morning that all 9 of our embryos are doing well & we could transfer any of them, as long as the test results are normal. I couldn't really sleep last night, I've been up since about 4am. So much to think about!!!

Kcraven: Good luck with ET today! What time is it? Let me know!!! Sticky vibes to you!

Tburks: I only take 1/2 cc of PIO. Weird! I think you're fine.

I havent logged in since Friday and WOW, you ladies have been busy!

I hope eveyone had a good weekend.

Lady J....I sure hope you get AF reall soon. Have a great Monday!

Chris.... I also feel that was a wise thing to do, going to IUI. Good luck, praying for BFP for you.

Mandeekins... That is a very high Beta! Sounds like possible twins to me. Congrats!

amfmbaby... Sorry about the cyst. I had one too and it turned out to be nothing. I hope the same for you. Good Luck.

Shelly... Good luck at ET!

Rosario.. Welcom to the 2WW. Yes, when is your Beta? Good Luck.

Kcraven... Good luck with ET.

Molly and Barb... I agree, probably too early to get true results. But to be honest, I really really really really want to do one myself. But, I'm trying to hold out.

Waiting... My RE said no BDing during TWW.

SueQiwi.. congrtats on starting Stims, gotta luv the way they make you feel... Good Luck.

Hopeful~n~09... Congrats on starting Lupron on the 13th.

As for me, I'm just trying to get through the TWW without doing a HPT. My RE lab did call me Saturday and said that I have a total of 13 frozen embies, 7 at day 3 and 6 at blast stage. We started out with 19 embies, and when all was said and done, we ended up with 15. We transferred 2 blasts and froze the remaining 13.

Well, I know I had to have missed someone and I'm sorry but I need to get back to work. I hope everyone has a good Monday! :D

Hey, for those of us in the TWW, it just means one more day closer to those BETA results!!

Molly - I know you want a BFP we all do. I thought the 2ww wouldn't be a big deal but this morning is proving otherwise. I still have 8 days to go! At least yours is Friday. The doctor told me that the embies inside were the ones that were most important and that the others not making it had no effect on the ones implanted.

Shelley - I couldn't sleep the night before ET either!

tburks...Sorry about no other embies. But hoping the ones put in are SUPER STICKY  .

I know what you mean about the TWW. I thought I'd breeze through it, but it's killing me. I really want to do a HPT but don't want the chance of a false positive. I have 7 days left to wait.

This TWW is just plain !

 Try to have a good day (not thinking about whether or not you're pg).  I know, never happen. It's all I think about, even here at work.

So here is my update. Sorry I have been MIA. My parents came up from New York this past Thursday night and I have been with them ever since then. Well on Saturday they called me to tell me I had 6 embies growing out of the 9. They scheduled me for transfer Sunday at 12:40pm unless there was other news that morning. On Sunday morning they notified me there were 4 perfect embies growing and that they wanted to push me for a 5dt but I chose not to have it then. My mother wasn't going to be here on Tuesday if they decided to do it then. Well they allowed me to come in yesterday morning and we transferred 3 embies. We had to sign papers saying it was against medical advice. They only wanted to transfer 1 the most 2. My embies were graded as following:

3- 8 cell
3- Grade A (Grade A being that it had less than 5% fragmentation).

2 graded Good for Symmetry of Cells
and 1 grade Fair

My beta is scheduled for Feb 20 and my chances of pregnancy are 60% and 15% for triplets.
IVF #1: Oct '08- BFN
IVF #2: Feb '09- BFP (Chem)
IVF #3: May '09- BFP
(Triplets lost at 21.5 weeks- Preterm Labor)
BFP: Natural Pregnancy March '10
Little Frank Manuel arrived 11.20.10
June '11 natural BFP sadly ending in miscarriage :(

I apologize for not posting sooner. My parents were up here for the retrieval and just left today. The ER went really well last Friday. I had 13 mature eggs and all of them fertilized. We are on day 3 and have only lost 1! My ET is scheduled for Wednesday the 11th at 9am. We are super excited!! :D

We did our first PIO shot last night...I was terrified. However, it wasn't as bad as I thought. DH did such a fabulous job that I didn't even feel the needle go in. Today it feels a bit sore, but the more I walk the better it gets. (Tburks, I too only take 1 cc of the PIO.)
Me - 26
DH - 30 (low sperm)
ER - 2/6 ; 5 day ET - 2/11
Beta - 2/20 - BFP!!!!!
