Ask your nurse to slap your tush, it's worth it! :D

LOL I have to share this with you guys, I had an interesting morning!

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and, given that my blood group is B- and my husband's +, I had to receive a vaccine. The vaccine has to be injected in the upper part of the buttocks, so the nurse had me take position, and then she said, "Don't be surprised, madam, I always give the injection site a good slap because that way, patients don't feel the injection that much. Okay, here we go!"

WHAM!

And just as I was wondering how long she'd wait until she did the injection... she said, "Okay, all done!" For the first time of my life, I can say I really didn't feel a thing! I found the experience so hillarious that I had to share it with you guys, in case you have to be injected there too. I wonder if it would work with PIO injections... who knows?

Have a great day ladies,

LOL!! How freaking funny is that?? I'm O negitive so I had to have the same shot, but it was in my doctors office and I got in the arm. it wasn't too bad but it was not nearly the expirience you obviously had.

Thank God for people who go out of their way to make our unpleasant expiriences a little more tolerable.
