saraid & Bellas CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
:D :D How fab to log in a see 2 positives, i am over the moon for you both. Please keep us informed.

Glad to hear everyone is doing ok. We are onto the potty training just decided to see how it goes and its great that nursery will work with us, so on monday many sets of clothes will be taken in!!!!!! Jess has just had chicken pox and managed not to scratch too much, just seemed to be extra stressy - not too different from normal though!!!

She's got an appointment next week with a plastic surgen, thought i would get her a face lift early on!!!! No only messing, she has got a cyst on her lip, it just started appearing a couple of days after birth, at first they thought it was a sucking blister from being on the bottles. 2 years on they decided its a cyst, so were going to see when's the best time for her to have it removed.

Cla - have a lovely time, i will be nice to escape the stresses the snow brings.

Julie - great to see you back, it is amazing how time flies with little ones, i seem to be always chasing my head.

Well must go as its 4.05 am and i should be back in bed.

speak soon

love

How cool that we get to go through not 1 but 2 more pregancies together! So fab! Can't wait to hear about scans, appointments, sickness (I hope not!), the highs and lows of pregnancy, sex (I meant the sex of the baby not the bedroom kind!!), nurseries etc etc. Seems so long ago I was pregnant!

Sue - sorry to hear about the chicken pox. Seems to be a lot of it around at the moment. Cahrlie had it not long after he started nursery (around 6 months) although very mild - and I hear if it's too mild they can catch it again so I'm crossing my fingers. How did the first few days of potty training go?

Our holiday at Centre Parcs was great! Spent a week in the pool (well it felt like it!), went tenpin bowling, ride on the landtrain, walking, jumping in muddy puddles (Peppa Pig has a lot to answer for!!) and even got Charlie to go to the "holiday nursery" so we could go for a massage/facial. Heaven! Was completely knackered when we got back but Charlie loved every minute!!!!!

As usual go to dash - love to all!

bella-s- Good news on the scan keeping everything crossed for you.

saraid- good luck for wednesday.

All is well here, just going through the potty training stage with jess, she seems to be getting the hang of it!!! not without a couple of accidents though. The last 4 times she has come out of nursery in the same clothes - was beginning to think we would all suffocate under the mounds of washing!!!! How is everyone doing?

Cla- Glad Charlie enjoyed centre parcs and hopefully by now you have recovered! jess loves peppa pig too.

Hi everyone and goodnight, im off to bed

Hi all!

Bella and Saraid - you guys need to update your tickers so we can see where you are at with your #2's.

Sue or anyone else... any tips on potty training? Where do you start? We keep putting him on the chair, but he doesn't want to go. Do we just let him run around in undies so that he can feel being wet?

Well, I'm in the middle of down regulating for my FET. Transfer should be on the 26th or 27th. I forget how much these hormones mess with ya. I guess it is the Lupron I don't like. My SIL just had a baby YESTERDAY, and I have no desire to go see her or the baby. I'm afraid of a meltdown. Which seems ridiculous since I already have been blessed with a baby. I guess I'm just selfishly not excited for other people when it comes so easily for them. (Yeah, she whined and moaned how it took them a WHOLE 6 MONTHS to conceive.) Anyway, thanks for letting me rant.

Hope you all are well.

Eyc1- Hoping all goes well for you, how exciting. Rally wish i was going through it all again!!! Can't even believe i am writing that.

With the potty training we just put her in knickers and easy up trousers and have stuck with it. At the beginning i thought we were going to suffocate under the mounds of washing!!! but now she is getting used to it and asking, its only been about 3 weeks so far and only has a couple of accidents a day, if that. When we are out and about we put her in pull ups but she dosent ask as much about going the toilet when she is wearing them.

Mush dash as its monsters bed time!!!

Hope everyone ok

love

Hi all!

Bella/Saraid - any updated scan details??!!!!!

Julie - we did the same as Sue. Just picked a date and went straight to pants! LOTS of accidents at first but slowly it got better. It seems very daunting at first (and takes over your life!) but as with most things it does get better. That said, everything I've read says to make sure you wait until little one is ready. We did it at Christmas as a) he was really showing signs and already using potty/training seat when given the opportunity and b) we had 10 days off with the holidays so meant we could focus on it. Good luck!

Sue - agree about the washing. I felt I was keeping persil, dettox and j cloths in business!!!!!! He-he!

Sorry just a quickie from me. Must dash!

Hi Everyone -
Just a quick update. I had my FET yesterday so I'm officially on my 2ww. We thawed 3, and 2 made it to transfer. Both doubled their cell count before transfer so I'm hoping that's a really good sign. After the doc put them back he gave us "the speech" about how hopeful he was for us, and that he hoped that we would be successful at completing our family with this one. I just laughed and said... "We still have 2 frosties left. We'll be back." I think DH's jaw hit the floor, but ethically I can't just dispose of them or donate them. Just a personal opinion.

Where is everyone?

Thanks for the potty training tips. We haven't tried yet, but probably will soon.

Hi all!

How was Easter? Anything like ours our house is now full of chocolate! Which we have to keep hiding in different places to stop Charlie eating too much of it!

Julie - have I missed your results? Did you post?!

How's our pregnant friends? surely we must have updated scan details?!

Sue - Are you enjoying this nice weather we're having? I can't believe how warm it's been - makes trips out SO much easier (and cheaper! Trip to the local park doesn't cost as much as say the Sealife Centre!).

Any other news girls? We seem to have gone quiet again lately (although I admit I'm just as guilty as everyone else!).

Charlie growing bigger and more mischievious by the day! And I LOVE it when he uses new phrases. I asked him if he would open the curtains this morning and he replied "of course I can mummy?!" Not sure wheer he got that from but there you go! Oh, and according to Charlie "Mummy's car is boring!" Oh well - can't win them all!

Bye for now!

Hey everyone!!! Wow, really long time no post for me!! SORRY! Clare filled me in by email about all the exciting news, so I had to pop over and catch up on everyone. Congrats to Saraid & Bella....BFP!!! That is so exciting. I'm very happy for you both! Julie, any news to report after you did another cycle?

Sue & Clare, you both did so good with the potty training! I'm close to doing it. One of my twins is ready (if he is diaper free than he goes in the potty every time with no accidents), but not the other.

Nothing new to report here. My boys, Brady & Tyler, are doing great. Getting smarter, talking a lot and a lot of fun.

Glad to see everyone is doing so well.

Hello all -
It has been awhile...

Well, my March FET was BFN. Everything looked "perfect" on paper, but alas we all know how that goes. We are trying again in June. My transfer is scheduled on June 3rd... less than 2 weeks away.

We have made small attempts at potty training. Sometimes he will ask to go just out of the blue, but on the days that we "try" with no diapers, he has tons of accidents. Our daycare lady is not ready to work with it right now because she has a son who is 10 days older and he is not ready. She wants them to potty train at the same time so that it is easier for her. I understand that, but at the same time, I don't want to hold H back if he's ready. I think I just need to push her a little harder.

Hendricks is in a total Daddy phase right now. Every morning I am greeted when I walk into his room with "Mommy, go back out and get daddy please!" and lots of "I want to see daddy!" when he isn't home. Somedays I have the "bad mommy" complex by the end of it. But then he'll do something utterly adorable and all is forgotten. The other day we were at the river throwing rocks in the water and he came running over with a tiny tiny rock and says "Mommy, look! I found a baby rock!" It was so cute.

I hope to see more updates from all of you. Does anyone still post photos on photobucket?
