Hi Girls!!!!

I am back!!!! I am so happy that you guys found another site that's user friendly. I am sorry i was out of touch...there was a lot going on and then i went back to work and had to have my computer overhauled so it was just a pain to re-install programmes like MSN and getting on to the old site was just plain tiresome. anyway...enough about that! I am so excited to hear how everybody is doing....Lyly and Marina...i am so happy that you are both practically at the half-way mark! :D :D Lisa, how are those two adorable little boys and how are you coping? jen...i saw some pics on your windpws live page...your girls are just angelic! Ronda, Julie, Marina...it was great hearing from you guys today. Sorry if i left anybody out but will be sure to catch up with all of you very soon!

lots of love to all my shared journey friends,
Reshma

Reshma, so glad you are back. :) loved the pics of Zara!!!

Lili, I love the latest comments on the site for the boys. I am having so much fun taking pics of them.

Lyly, hope you are doing well. hang in there girl.

Marina...congrats on baby girl to come :)

Daniella, good for you with the breast feeding. I had to stop at 5 months because I ended up having a flare up with my Crohn’s and went into the hospital.

Jamie...can’t believe you are 32 weeks! where has the time gone. :)

well girls, I am going back to work on March 2nd and I am really sad. I will miss my boys so much. Thankfully my Mom and Dad are going to take care of them 4 days a week and Hubby will have them on Fridays. I will be at school from like 7:15-3. not too bad I suppose. Its hard because they are really getting to be so much fun, smiling and laughing and holding things and so on. :) they are both doing so well with their development and have had their evaluations and are on target for most of their things (motor skills, cognitive etc.) if not avg. or above avg. Paul does have the Beckwith Wiedemann Syndrome but in time it will all be fine. It is kind of hard to explain but by the time Paul is 8, we won’t even know he had anything. Poor little man has to have bloodwork every 6 weeks for 4 years and ultrasounds every 12 weeks until he is 8. Other than his tongue being a bit large, he has no other characteristics to the syndrome so his case is a mild one. We saw a dr. of genetics last week.

love to all of you :)

Lisa

Reshema Zara is beautiful.

Lyly I have been thinking about you and wondering how your scan went. I hope it was all ok.

Marina when is your next scan? It is good now that you can feel the baby move around - it is very reassuring.

Hi girls- I am sorry I haven't posted in a while it has been a crazy week with my mom. She has been not well since Sat and then on thur she had a TIA (mini stroke). I spent 2 days at the hospital with her. She is doing okay but we are having a hard time with her blood pressure and hr (all way too low!) Anyway AFM, my scan went really well. We have confirmation that the baby is a BOY! The baby's organs all looked good and he has no markers for downs. So I did not go through with the amnio. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers, I really appreciate them! Hope all is well with everyone.

Lyly that is great news about the baby. Congratulations on it being a boy. I am feeling really relieved for you that the baby is all fine and you could rule out having an amino. But I am sorry to hear about your Mom. I hope she starts doing better soon.

Melissa how are you? I hope you are doing OK. Give us an update when you can.

Marina and Lyly I hope you guys are doing well also. When is your next scan Marina?

Take care everyone.

Wonderful news, Lyly about your scan, WHAT A RELIEF! I, too, am sorry to hear about your mother. My mom had a heart attack "scare" on 12/29/08 and so I am hopeful she will take MUCH better care of herself, but so far, she hasn't made any kind of major change in her life. It is very frustrating and disappointing, so I hope your mother can and is able to take good care of herself.
