As for me, jsut go back from my US after 5 days of stims. I have 16 total follicles. 11 on the left side: 10,11 and the rest are smaller. 5 on the right side: 10, 10, 12 and the rest smaller. Won't find out later on the estradiol levels. Does this sound good so far??!!???

Lady_J I tested everyday and definitely saw a negative which was from the trigger shot which I then started getting the faint positive and now see nothing. Its ok though I feel ok about it. I mean if its meant to be then it will happen right? I tried scheduling my appt today but DH is using my phone and they don't like calling my job =[

I was wondering if anyone could tell me when I might start feeling symptoms. I really don't feel much other then my boobs are sore, but I think that is from the progesterone shot.

Molly you crack me up...you sound like me! Everyone kept asking how I felt and I really didn't feel a whole lot different. Well today it finally hit, I barfed for the first time...and it was not fun! Have fun celebrating for a while girlie!

I also had some dark brown spotting that must have happened during the night. I, of course, have freaked out and called the clinic and they don't seem concerned. The nurse just said that they would much rather see brown because it's old...whatever! I almost had myself convinced to call my regular OB to see if she'd do an u/s early (against DH's wishes) and it stopped...what the hell?! This is such a roller coaster

mandeekins- Wow I bet the spotting was scary and I am glad your doctor told you everything was okay. Only a few more days to your beta and I cannot wait to see how many you have in there.

I know I am panicking for no reason, but I just want some symptoms to know I am truly pregnant. I've read where people get positive beta and then go and have empty sacs. I cannot believe my doctor is making me wait til the end of the month for my ultrasound.

Well ladies....my BETA went from 830 on Monday to 1962 today (Wednesday) !!!

My first U/S is scheduled for March 5th at 9:30 a.m.

In the meantime, I received a call from my sister and was told my mom has to go in for an emergency heart cath on Tuesday. UGGGHHH, why can't life just be easy. My mom is only 54 and this is her 2nd heart cath!

Well I was late for work today because of my B/W and I'm still trying to play catch-up from missing Monday (BETA day), so I have to go get some work done. I'll check in on you all later.

Good morning ladies. Do any of y'all know how much Follistim is without insurance? I looked at my new insurance coverage and it BLOWS. They won't even cover ovulation induction- my cheap college insurance paid 100% of it! What really gets me is that the insurance will cover birth control, elective sterilization and ABORTION! WTF?!

Anyways- AF just arrived. I am thinking I will wait at least one full cycle before beginning anything else. That will give DH enough time to get a good job and for things to settle down. We are looking into Ovulation Induction and time intercourse for a while. I did 7 months of clomid before IVF and didnt get anywhere. Hopefully Follistim will bring some luck.

Anyone know of any success stories with this method?

waiting - Sorry I can't help you with the pricing on meds, but I will tell you that you are lucky that ins. is covering any of your procedures at all! Because DH had a voluntary vasectomy, we get absolutely no coverage on anything fertility related. We had to pay for our cycle out of pocket, talk about a junk of change!

If you're able to try something different, I say go for it. IVF was our only true option since DH's vasectomy was over 12 years ago. Good luck!

waiting - Last year my primary care insurance didn't cover my drugs. I think I could get Follistim from IVPCare for about $500 for 600IU. They have a program called design RX that gives discounts for those that don't have insurance coverage. Their website is ivpcare.com.

On a personal note looks like DH has been trying to seek "love" somewhere else. I tell you if its not one thing its another. I don't need this and I am really thinking of going back to NY and leaving him and everything behind!

I am honestly thankful I am not pregnant from this IVF, i dont think I could have dealt with everything thats going on in my life. Infertility does affect marriage and now I am experiencing it in real life. God has sent me his sign. I am only 23 and I think I won't go after being a mother anymore. I am listening to my signs and sticking to it. Thank you guys for letting me vent but I don't think i can forgive DH for anything.

I'm confused. My ticker says I'm 4 weeks and 3 days and yours only says 4 weeks. You should be ahead of me. I calculated my due date and it said Oct. 25 - yours said Oct. 20. Did the RE give you a date?
