Hi Jenn. I'm so sorry for all you have going on. It does seem like everything happens all at once. I'll be thinking about you and your mom tomorrow and hoping for the best!

Are you still having the cramps?? I'm sure your RE is doing the right thing having you come in so quickly.

My RE is wanting me in tomorrow to.Since I am 3 hrs from the office my appt. is 12. They seem to be more worried about ohss. Told me to start drinking gatoraid and eating lots of protein. They also seem to think i am having more than one!!! Which is exciting. I hope we can tell tomorrow!
My pain was more in my ovaries Sat night I didn"t sleep at all. It was wierd bc I wasn"t sure where the pain was coming from. Then sunday I had like menstrual cramps all day. I feel better today but still really swollen and ovaries r tender.

I'll keep you and your mom in my prayers tomorrow. Your u/s won't take that long so hopefully you can get that done and still be with moma too.

tburks...thanks, I'll pray for you too.

My boss won't let me go see my mom. I have to come to work right after my U/S.

If I get the U/S done quickly, I might sneak over real quick to see my mom, if not I'll have to wait til I get off work. My RE's office is an hour and 15 mins away, so I'll have 2-1/2 hours of travel time. I thought my travel time was a pain. Man, good luck with that drive!!!

I too am feeling like I'm having AF cramps today.

If twins is what you want, then I'll pray that is what you get.

Have your PIO shots hurt worse than normal lately? Mine, the last 2 days, have hurt beyond belief!

Ladies,

I am a nervous wreck... today is 3 days past transfer and already the wait SUCKS! It isn't like this is my 1st 2WW but OMG it is dragging out. It doesn't help that I am slow at work today so the only I have is to obsess.

jenn, I will also keep you and mom in your prayers. That was not nice of your boss not to let you go see her.

tburks- I know how you feel about the cramps, I have them on my right ovary alot but I had the FET so I don't know if it would be OHSS plus in the ultrasound she didn't notice anything on my ovaries. I really hope it is not an ectopic. I put 4 embroys in maybe one made it to the tube. PMA is all I can have at this point.

lilmd, it is very frustrating during the 2ww, but just try to keep busy without over doing it and it will go by.

Sorry you won't be able to stay with your mom. Hopefully you will get good news tomorrow about the babies and you will only have to concentrate on your mom. Heart Cath is pretty common proceedure I'm sure it will go well. I bet you have 2 little babies in there. Your beta was high.......alot higher than mine.
My PIO shots have been ok. My backside has been more sore than before. I used the 25 gauge needle the other night to see if it would hurt less and it hurt worse - a lot worse

I won't do that again. DH said it was a lot easier gettin the oil in with the 22 gauge to. RE said I could switch over to the suppositories in a few weeks if I wanted to but I think I will stick with the shots.

My cramping hasn't been as bad today but the left ovaries started hurting

I'm telling you girls my belly looks like i'm 3 or 4 months prego. And it just hurts. My mom said "what if you have 4 babies in there?" I told her my beta #'s weren't high enough for that many. lol

WOW!! You put in 4

I wanted to put in 3 and my RE advised strongly against it. I read that ectopic pregnancy is only 2 - 3% chance in IVF. Sooooooo, let's not think that way. Let's just believe that we have strong healthy babies that are growing fast and so is our bellies and it's just growning pains!!

I just got a call from RE while I was napping they told DH that my BETA # were 2653 and the progesterone was greater then 26. The levels were taken at 18days after FET.

JennLB Good luck tomorrow on your ultrasound. I would tell your boss that they took a long time because you're an "add-on" and go see your mom.

tburks I didn't know that OHSS could happen this late. I hope its just multiples!

I got my ultrasound today. I'm a little bummed. I'm six weeks (26dp5dt) and my RE himself scanned me. He said the sac measured 9mm but didn't calculate pregnancy date based on sac size. He said he was concerned because at six weeks, he didn't see a yolk sac or a fetal pole. After I got dressed he was standing outside looking at the print outs and said that maaaaaaybeee a little blip on the side looked like a small pole. Anyways beta today was around 4500 which he said is low and not quite doubling from my 978 one week ago, however he said some people double in 72 hours not 48 and thus I'm still in the window. So I'm in limbo. Anyone else have this happen in the past? BarbD I'm in your boat. You're handling it better... I'm going crazy. Also I had to go back down to a 32A cup yesterday. DH as always says to keep PMA. I need ice cream.

Hope everything is ok. I'm using prometrium capsules vaginally--I'm glad I do not have to use PIO. It seems to be doing it's thing. Shouldn't you be due for your 3rd beta soon?

Hang in there! I find that keeping busy and surfing on the net helps! Plus only postive thoughts.

I received my 2nd beta today: 823! My RE said that everything looks fine and it was rising appropriately. I am due back for my 3rd beta Wed and then next week (hopefully), I will have my u/s. I am excited and cannot help but feel worried at the same time.

My RE said I might be someone who doubles in 72 hours not 48 which is why he isn't doing anything drastic just yet, but I have to wait one week to see. I was tempted to do a beta wednesday just to make sure it doesn't go down (this is my fear because boobs aren't as sore or as big) but that means I would have to give up the dream sooner than 3/3. Keep the dream alive. Feeling a little better thanks to black cherry ice cream. I still get teary and nervous if I try to think too much.
