Hey Gals, thanks for your wisdom. I have read about assisted hatching as well, it is intesreting, esp the fact that egg age/quality may not be the sole fator, esp in light of the Doc, expressing his satisfaction of my egss "at my age" bla bla...anyway. Just want to ask the right questions. so thanks.

Bon, you are right, my DH is awsome! He is prefectly happy with the three children I brought with me, he is esp close with my son, he always comments that, if we are blessed with another, he hopes that he's a lot like my DS Mike, he is a charming little guy, smart and athletic. Nonetheless, love for me overwhelms me everyday> I am so blessed.

Tam, that is an awsome story!!! 45-HOLY SHIT BATMAN...your frindship is kindred...be ready...

Hey there nurse Kell...nice to have you as always. How is everyone else, helloooooo spring is not getting any closer up her by the way..

Renee--LOUSYanna? I've been there. I was just reading on line that Hawaii and those that live are are overall the happiest ppl inthe country! I believe it, you sure spead it around the board!

NJ---I am just learning all the lingo and the tests thanks for posting your chrono, I know i will be referring one day..
Biddy--Congrats.

Suz, and Bon Sis---everything good? LynnieC...Sorry i havent been following really close.. anything new?

Luv

Things are looking up!

Todays ultrasound was much better, it's a good thing the Dr is in charge of making the trigger desisions, LOL  .

Looks like 8 mature follicles might make it by Thursday if we don't loose the lead one (2.2)!
And there was talk about cancelling this cycle....give me a break!

Waiting for the call but now I REALLY think I will trigger, so happy right now and much more comfortable :D

hi ladies.

Wow this board has been busy.. Congrats to all those with BFPs and good luck to those cycling...

Thanks to all of you that have been pming me.. i really appreciate the support..

Just thought i would give you guys an update..

I had my seventh ER yesterday, and we got 21 eggs and 17 were mature..so i am waiting for the fert report.. we are freezing this time and doing CGH so i dont have the stress of trying to get PG right away which is kinda nice...

The interesting thing is i lowered the doses of medecine this time and still got better yield..

I really think it has something to do with the AP.. my AP did electrical stimulation the last two times and that seems to help..

Have a great day!

Hi everyone

I was wondering if I could join you for support ....?

baby vibes to all of you, especially those of you in the 2ww and congrats to those of you pregnant ...it is an inspiration.

I am starting another round of ivf. My history is
2005 ivf ended in mc
2005 ivf dd Thank god
2006/08 3 fets all bfn (transfered 2 blasts each time)
2008 ivf ended in mc at 9 weeks

For the last 3 fets and ivf, I had fluid in my left tube that would appear once I started the estrogen and then once I had was off the drugs - it then disappeared (had scans, laproscropy done that showed nothing). Anyway, my doctor thinks that this has been a major factor in the bfn and even the mc. So in January 2009, I had the left tube removed (this time there was a small amount of fluid found in the tube).

So my dates are - all going well - er on 22/23 april. I am on the bcp at the moment. Last time, I had 12 eggs, 6 fertilised and we had 2 blasts for transfer (no frozen). Egg quality is such an issue now and I think what kelly is doing sounds such a good idea. I am doing ap once a week, taking vitamins and trying to be healthy and calm......but sometimes I can just feel totally paniced and am finding it very difficult to be around pregnant women at the mum and tots groups etc ........so I guess it is finally cracking me up!!!!

Also this time, my husband is away from home with work mon-fri and I will have to self inject the progestrone.......any of you do that, it is possible!

my very best of wishes to you all

Welcome Joyanna and Carolyn. I will add you guys to the group list when i update it this week.

Bonnie, your betas are in line with twins. Check out betabase.info. But it isn't a sure thing. Both Missy and Renee had really high betas but are having singletons.

Wow Sisi, i thought today would be the day too. FX for lots of mature eggs when the time comes.

Joyanna, i know people give then selves IM shots but i just don't know if i could do it. Funny thing is that i am a nurse. If i had to do it i would but i am sure glad i am not you. So you have your hands full. Is your husband going to be around to help with your daughter after ER?

Carolyn you are young compared to some of us.

NY, any fert report yet?

 joyanna... welcome... I have good news for you... I have given myself every shot, from beginning to end and including Progesterone... no problem... and I'm pregnant with twins, so I guess I did an ok job shooting up :D ... you can do it, if you need to, believe me and believe in yourself.

 welcome to the other new ladies... the women on this thread are wonderful, informative and supportive.

 bonnie... I'm sooooo excited for you... my dpER numbers are below... those are my results for twins, but Kelly's right - check the beta results link because there are considerable ranges... lots of baby dust - enough for one or two... God bless.

 Sisi and NY... I think you ladies are currently approaching ER and ET... hope I didn't miss anyone, but it's likely because the group is growing so quickly... but my thoughts and prayers are with you (and anyone I missed) for a smooth procedure and stellar results.

 hi to all the other girls... thanks for always asking for me... I graduated today from my darling RE... I'll post my results tomorrow when I have my blood results, but the squirts are big and the heartbeats are strong... one moved a little during the sonogram today.

BTW... if anyone needs a recommendation re: a top-notch RE in the New York/Westchester County area (ER and ET take place in Manhattan), let me know... my RE was rated as one of the best in one of those magazines and he's certainly lived up to his reputation... he's young (39), no nonsense. but sensitive at the same time... and if you email him, he emails you back, sometimes within minutes... I guess if he's sitting by his computer, he just responds... amazing for a health professional... just a top-shelf kind of guy.
Suzanne, age 41
