Here is what your embies are doing. Don't know if you did a day 3 or day 5 transfer. Some people don't ever experience any symptons so don't drive yourself crazy.

this is what happens in a 3dt :

1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing
2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells &
fetal cells
8dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on
HPT

No please don't worry. I don't think you harmed your chances at all. I went to work the day after my transfer and even did some Christmas shopping a day or two later. It is way to early to have any pregnancy symptoms......any symptoms woman have during the 2ww is from the progesterone not from the pregnancy. It's just 2 early!!! It seems from my own pregnancy and reading other womans posts the real symptoms dont kick in until around 6 weeks. The best thing you can do is relax and have only positive thoughts. PUPO!!!

Good luck!

My RE said that the transfer is like placing a drop of water between two dry sponges there isn't much you can do to get it out after it's there. There isn't anything we can do to damage it after it's there, it's just nature taking it's course at that point. Just try no to stress and enjoy this time. I didn't get any symtoms until the begining of my 6th week.
