reflexology

Post by sue barbosa »

Hi there. My name is Sue Barbosa and I am brand new to this forum. 38 in the summer, polycystic ovaries, laparoscopy & ovarian drill and onto another 6 months of Clomid as my last chance of conceiving before IVF.

I have heard that reflexology can be helpful so have signed up for a 6 mth course. Had my first session day 16 of my last cycle (my period just came yesterday, day 31, after I was positive this would be the month :( )
as ovulation -when it happens - tends to be around day 17/18. Anyone got any tips on best days to have reflexology - would day 13 or 14 maybe be better if I am a late ovulator? Or any tips generally?

good luck to everyone out there. I have also got a church prayer group praying for us so I am hoping that will work too!

Welcome Sue!!

Reflexology is great - very relaxing, and anything that does that is good :D

I had reflexology before starting treatment - my reflexologist wouldn't do it when I started treatment as she said it 'aligned' everything, and the whole point of the drugs was to stimulate etc. It made sense to me anyway...I don't know if it matters when you get it done if you're getting it regularly - who knows though.

Hope it works!
