I have heard that SIRM and CCRM are about the best. I think there was another one but can not think of it at this time. You can check out SIRM at haveababy.com.

Good Luck

If you're in CA I know Ghost had good things to say about one of the San Diego clinics as well as Kaiser Permanente in the Bay Area. You can check any clinic's success rates here:

CAFirstInvitro...check out this site, they rank the top 10. I am starting an in vitro cycle at Cornell, which is ranking #2 on the list.

For what it's worth, I posted that same list from Parents mag here once and Ghost responded saying he had no clue how they came up with those clinics and that he thought it might be paid advertising.

Looking at the article it said that less than 40 clinics replied to their survey. That seems like a fairly low percentage to me, so I wouldn't discount a clinic because it's not on that list.

kerpuples...i believe that the magazine ranked the clinics solely on success rates with no other factors.

I can tell you in new york that the rankings are accurate...cornell is the best, then NYU, then CCRM and SIRM and RMA.

Also consider that certain clinics will screen their patients to improve their success rates. We've seen instances of that happening to at least one person here on this board. BTW CCRM is here in Denver and one of the guilty clinics. I understaind their lab is top notch but man are they expensive.
