carolyn,

sounds like you have everything under control and that everything is falling perfectly into place! Just keep thinking positive thoughts that your donor produces lots of good follies and has a bumper crop at ER.
Do you guys have plans for the time between ER and ET? Think that is great that you are keeping up the accu in Prague. Are you taking off from work when you get back to give the embies a chance to snuggle in?

My symptoms seem to vary. One constant is always being hungry, and feeling sick if I don't eat a little something every few hours. The tiredness comes and goes, depending on how I spend my day. I feel the same and completely different. The waiting from scan to scan is similar to being on a never ending 2WW, but along with the worry, there is also a nice anticipation associated with it.

You'll see soon enough how it is after you get your bfp!!! :D

Got my fingers crossed that AF shows up this weekend and that all will continue to go according to plan for you!! What meds are you taking?

Keep us posted! Sending lots of baby dust and PMA,
xx summer

carolyn, I also went back to work for the last 4 or 5 days of my 2WW. I think it helped to pass the time a little bit faster -- because toward the end, it just seems to stand still! But, even at work I tried to take things easier than usual, especially after the HPT showed 2 lines and I was pretty certain it had worked...

So nice that you can stay with your friends while you are there!
Till then, just try to relax, everything will go smoothly. Easier said than done, I know.

2 days and counting till AF, then you will be on your way!

Hi to everyone reading!

Hooray carolyn!!!! Bet you were never so happy to see AF...
Did your donor also get AF in the meantime? I think with the drugs you are on, they can keep you and your lining strong and ready for something like 3 weeks?? Don't remember where I heard that though....
I would guess she is on a normal ivf cycle -- with ER happening around day 12?, then the big fertilization party and then 3-5 days later you get all the presents... :D
Do hope if your dates are a little off, that it won't be too much trouble to shift them. Try to not to worry about it just yet. You'll get more details soon enough and will know just what to plan for.

when do you go for your 1st lining scan?

chriss, kelly - how are both of you?

Can you believe it? We had snow again today...

My scan went well, everything is starting to take a noticeable shape! -- I am still having a hard time believing that what is up on that screen is actually really growing and developing inside of me, that we are so very lucky, it is just so incredible. Keeping our fingers crossed that all continues to go well.

Carolyn and chriss - you are next -------- Let's keep this positive ripple going and turn it into a great big wave...............

xx summer

Hi Jenn, wishing you guys all the best! So happy that you have found a place where you feel comfortable to give it a go again. Looking forward to supporting you on your journey to parenthood!

carolyn -- Have you heard if your donor started AF? It can be difficult not knowing all the details at this stage of the game -- but you are definitely on your way and will absolutely be PUPO in just a couple of weeks! Relax and enjoy not having to poke yourself with any needles and think good thoughts about building that lining....

chriss - thanks for checking in! Just waiting can be agonizing -- but I have a good feeling about the spring or early summer for you.......................Hope I am right! Zita West says that most pregnancies occur in the warmer months, so you are gaining an even better advantage... :D

kelly - hope you and your babies are well!

I am fine. Had a bit of a scare yesterday because someone rear-ended me. It was very icy and they slid right into me. Luckily all is well, with me, the little miracle inside, and my car -- Can definitely thank my lucky stars.

Have a nice weekend girls,
xx summer

I just wanted to drop in & say Hello to you ladies. I have so little time to post anymore because ED was successful for me. I am sooo sooo glad I did ED, even if it means I have been sleep deprived for the last 11 months+. My little angels are almost a year old & it still hasn't quite sunk in that I AM A MOMMY! After so many years of failure and frustration, I was trying my best not to become cycnical. I guess I must have had a shred of optimism left, because I used it to pursue ED. I could not have had babies more perfect & wonderful w/my own eggs & I could not love anything or anyone more than I love these little people. JenBabes & Chriss, I think about you often. Good Luck & God Bless...

For now, I go in for appts every 2 weeks. My next one is on the 9th. So I have a series of 2WW, but these feel much different. I am always a bit nervous, but also look forward to them! I am feeling pretty good most of the time and can't wait to get past that magical 12 week mark. Just trying to enjoy this little miracle we have been given...

LUANNE!
So great to hear from you. Your words inspire us and help to keep us moving forward. You sound so great. I am so happy for you. Thank you so much for popping in here. Stay in touch. Enjoy your babies.

Amy, thank goodness you and your little one are ok and the accident was a small one. How are you? Can you believe it yet?

Hi Carolyn, wow. Time is flying now. After all we've been thru a few more weeks will be no big deal. Do you hear progress of her stimming along the way? Or do you just wait till ET to find out? Think good thoughts.

Hi Kelly, hope you are well.

Jenbabes, thinking of you:)

Hi Girls!

This thread is really hoppin' - and it is going to be a great year for the Eggheads... I can feel it!!
Carolyn, you must be getting pretty excited because your time is almost here!!!
Summer, glad to hear that your scans are going well and that you are getting to see your little one develop - it is pretty amazing, isn't it?
Chris, your time is almost here. As things get close, the time seems to slow down, but when you look back it'll seem like such a short period of time. Why is that?
JenB - I am thrilled for you and DH. Another go. I will definitely be here to cheer you on because this time will be your time! Your determination will pay off!

Things with us are great. We just got back from 2 weeks in Florida which was so much fun. So nice to be in the warmth and sunshine!!! Now I am back in my pre-spring climate and missing the beautifully warm days with no snowsuits! Can you believe that the twins are already 6 months? Time flies by. This time last year I was pregnant and anxiously awaiting the end of my first tri-mester.

I think of you guys all the time and can't wait to log on to read about Carolyn's success in April!!!
